improve client service
A week ago I ordered Vimar 01993 and payed in full. The order number is 3618-20191029. According to information on the site, the product is available and delivery time is 5-7 days. I did not receive any confirmation that the order is being processed, so I opened 3 (three!) assistance tickets but no one of them was answered. Moreover, today I found that even the record about my order has been removed from the section "Manage Orders".
Update:
Today, I received an answer from dibiasi, which says "your order is under "B2B Italy" seller, not under "fdibiasi_snc" seller."
So, here is what I can answer on this:
I ordered the product and opened tickets via dibiasi internet site. This site serves both B2B and fdibiasi sellers, and I addressed two questions (tickets) to B2B Italy and another one to fdibiasi. None of them was answered.
To make it clear: in the review I shared my experience of using services provided by the dibiasi site, regardless of the concrete seller, and this experience was not so good so far.
Hope you and your partners will improve the client service, so I will be more than happy to write a positive reviewץ
Update 2: Finally, after two-week delay, I got the product, Thank you. Still, you need to be more responsive, and improve delivery time estimations

You sent me the wrong items. You sent black colored parts when I ordered grey colored parts. Very arrogant and hostile response on your side not even making allowance for a possible own mistake and accusing the customer right away for misbehavior or bad practice.
