They are major rip off artists!!!! I ordered 3 dresses from them that looked nothing like the pictures online. The fabric was God awful!!! Dresses looked like they should have cost $2. They do not respond to you when you try to return. I ended up throwing them in the trash.

Don't do it! Site says you can cancel order w/in 24 hours. Although I did this, they did not cancel my order. Instead I was charged and received order three months later! They will not accept my return or send a return slip or respond to me, beyond offering me $40 to keep $180 worth of clothing. The clothing is also bad quality/sizing off, so I will have to donate all of it. Since they are not in US, if you are in US, there is no remedy.

Do not order from this company. They won’t honor returns if their clothes don’t fit you or show up & you think some don’t look as pictured. They also take far longer to ship than you would expect from their website info, so don’t count on them if you’re looking for a reliable manufacturer to ship in a timely manner. I just wouldn’t count on them at all.

If you want to do an exchange it’ll be additional to you in shipping costs.

It’s not worth the time, money, or trouble. They claim to be cheaper bc they “eliminate” the middle man but doing business with them is totally unrealistic bc once you give them your money that’s it. It doesn’t matter if they don’t hold up their end of the deal or clothing isn’t as expected.

Save yourself the trouble & go out to the mall and buy there or from Amazon. This place won’t last long doing business this way but they are not good to work with. Buying clothes in a brick & mortar literally anywhere is better than spending your hard earned money with people like this.

I paid for express shipping but the order took far longer than I would had expected for express delivery, so that did not seem worth it to me. I need to return one of the dresses because the cut was more fitted in person than if appeared to be in the pictures.

Quality products at great prices and very good customer service.

Do not order from this site. I tried to cancel in June, was charged, and received my delivery in September. Nothing fit/sizing off and fabric quality was very poor. Customer service will not respond. Dicaine #dicaine #dicainesucks #dicainedonotorder

I ordered a dress in my usual size which corresponded to their charts. It came and was too tight in the bust. I reached out several times to the email they gave and kept getting the message was undeliverable. I finally found a contact and reached out. I got the run around about returning it and they said I could keep it and they would give me $5. I like the dress so wanted to exchange sizes and they said it would be $15 to ship. After several email exchanges and them making me send a picture with a tape measure of the dress they made a final offer of $15 and said they are in Asia so they encouraged me to take that and not return it. This is just crazy! Don't order from them if you have any doubt of how it will fit!

No problems with the shopping experience at all!!! The dress was well made and fit great. I am a happy customer and I will order from your company again soon.

I have been working like a maniac since my restaurant reopened and I haven’t had time to shop. I just received the dresses and I’m so excited to try them on… stay tuned for another review!

Very happy but delivery was over a month. Wouldn't order again.

I received 3 of the 4 items I ordered. I was notified prior to receiving, and after ordering, these that one was no longer available. I love the material of the items I received, especially for the hot summer. Unfortunately the 2 dresses I bought were a little small in the chest area and one will definitely not work for me. The other one, I haven't decided on. I just love it and want it to work for me.

I only gave 4 stars because the order took a while. I was pleasantly surprised though that most of the items fit pretty true to size and they were better quality than I anticipated. I will order again for sure! The Chic Black U-Collar Side Cut Out Long Sleeve Mini Dress was actually very flattering and I ordered in a M but typically wear a large, if ordering you may want to go down a size on this.

Looks just like the picture. Also true to size. I wear 8/10, M and the M fit perfectly.

Dresses are pretty, I think they run smaller than their chart indicates so if you’re in between sizes, size UP! The quality of the fabric is not there. Everything I ordered, 2 dresses and a tank top all feel very synthetic, it is also very sheer. One dress I was hoping to wear out (as a dress on its own), is so sheer I’m afraid it’s only going to be a beach/pool dress. The prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for.
