Great venue, smaller than I had imagined, but that was great too. Good updates from the venue via the app. Lazuli was wonderful, as usual.

So easy to use.

Dice is a great platform. Prefer it over Ticketmaster. Organized event, great venue, and an absolutely energized, intimate experience. Leap was exceptional and the opening act, Out In Front, was what we needed to get the energy set for the evening.

Great interface, simple, clean, intuitive and fast. No fuss over registration and overcollecting data. Honestly best platform to buy tickets for gigs and events, it even includes resell and waitlist without having to go through endless third parties.

They published the wrong age restriction information which meant we cancelled our trip. The “fan support” is useless and they then refused a refund even though they admitted it was thier fault! I’d avoid them.

Simplicity

Concert itself was amazing, sound and light was great. DICE customer support was super helpful and very very fast - I’ve got replies in a minutes.

Had a great time. The staff and the crowd were great. Will definitely go back. Parking around the area is easy to find. Tip arrive with enough time to search for street parking.

Great location and good organisation

Ever thought buying tickets for gigs is too convoluted and opaque. Wish it were simple, transparent and helped you manage your tickets rather than hiding them across multiple apps, new logins, venue apps etc.?

Then you haven't tried DICE! it just works! It does everything you'd expect and it does it amazingly. It is hands down the best way to buy and manage gig tickets. And presented in a beautiful app that looks amazing and is fast and responsive. I wish I could manage every ticket this way. I want my life to work like DICE, I love it!

(Btw if any DICE folk are reading this, I'd happily pay a subscription instead of per-ticket fees, it's THAT good!)

All went well via Dice. We did not see the codes until 2 hours before the event. The codes cant be screen shot so you have to have the app downloaded. They will not accept multiple tickets on one phone so if you buy multiple tickets, every person needs the app and all the tickets need to be sent to each individual phone. Also important to note that once the ticket has been opened you will not be able to send the extra tickets over to your friends and you only have a 2 hour window to share them. So send the unopened ticket first to the others and once you have only yours on your phone you can then open it.

Great concert booking app, especially for smaller and record shop shows. Bookings are easy to make, DICE keep you well informed on upcoming events. Ticket download is so easy on the app.

Well-designed app; very straight-forward to use. (And happy to not be giving money to Ticketmaster)

Easy to book, easy to use

Legit shows. Good ticketing system, a little tiresome because it has a few rules but that's precisely what makes it extremely scam-proof, so I can live with that! Clear instructions and email reminder on the day of the event. Great overall.

Lovely little venue, perfect for smaller groups.
