Deceptive False Advertising

The dice advertised compared to the dice you receive are totally a mismatch of expectations. Its not a complete scam but the dice you get are likely to be lower quality. Maybe it depends on the dice you get but my mythic starlight were just purple dice and I feel like I got cat fished. I would not buy from them again but at least they gave me a bunch of free figurines I didn't order.

Also apparently they have poor customer service so just know if you have problems its going to be hard.

Absolutely scammed

Absolutely scammed. Ordered several sets of dichroic glass dice sets. I was sent vastly inferior and cheaper plastic dice sets, with the excuse that the glass dice were out of stock. There was no communication beforehand, no chance to cancel the order. This is a bait and switch scam.

Scam business - cheap dice and stolen images

I ordered a Dichroic Glass Dice Set that was clearly listed as in stock. What I received instead was a bunch of unrelated, low-quality plastic dice, cheap dice bag and some cheap plastic figures. Along with it came a pre-printed card claiming the dice are out of stock and "might be discontinued," and that I'm "among the lucky ones" for getting this substitute.

The fact that they had printed cards ready with this exact excuse is indicitive enough that this is just a scam. They knew they didn't have the item but chose to keep the listing up, take people’s money, and ship off random junk instead.

There was no communication before shipping, no option to cancel or choose a refund.

The items that DID come were also cheap plastic that looked nothing like the photos on their website. I ordered some wooden dice chests as well, the fabric was frayed and had extra bits hanging off, and pieces of wood splintered off and sticking out.

Misleading images and descriptions

The images and descriptions were not what I received. At least they were cheap, but you could pay even less at almost any shop that sells poor quality dice. They weren't even the same color,

The dice I ordered were NOT sent

The dice I ordered were NOT sent! Instead I received 3 packs of cheap dice with a note saying that "because of large demand , they had 'JUST' ran out of the dice I wanted (what BS!) so they made the 'executive decision' to simply send me these 3 junk packs as an assumed replacement! IN ADDITION...the plastic sword dice holder ordered was simply a CHEAP 3-D printed item that BROKE on the first day. I threw EVERYTHING into the trash. Not even worth my time to argue with this further as they will not respond to my complaint, packing and sending this crap back, then expecting my $37 refund? Forget it. My time is too valuable....but of course this is their underhanded evil tactic to begin with, eh? Some fellow GEEK who happens to be an attorney should go after these cretins. BTW,...their brilliant tactic is that they do have a beautiful website and the dice products are so niche that I truly was scammed. I never expected a scam from a 'company' that superficially has so much 'polish'.

Not so bad for the price

I think the reviews here are abit overly critical, maybe its cos I ordered to sg/mly so my shipping wasnt so botched, or people are just really upset about their "free but super ex shipping" slimy biz model, but i got what i ordered for the 1 lucky scoop (19USD): set of 6 tiny transparent red dice, 6 D6s (normal 6 sides), 5 D10s, 5 D20s, 3 D12s, 3 D4s, 6 D8s, 6 Silver 5 gold and 5 bronze 3D printed coins, 4 plastic figures, 1 Blastoise 3D printed dice buddy and 7 stickers (i didnt get pins or wood but still pretty decent) Moderately good looking dice you can get, 1 or 2 are really nice, its not the best looking dice on market, but for the effective price i think it gets too much flak (If you want the best dice, pay the price of custom made). Tldr: You get a set of okay to good dice you can play games with. Advice is get a "lucky scoop" for yourself to see quality, and if you are happy, then think about getting it as a gift. Anyway my experience wasnt as bad as some here.

Good products, but the sales techniques is dubious

Seeing the shipping cost for the about 20 free items was a bit of a shock, but I was not too surprised as shipping anything to New Zealand is expensive. I was surprised a day later when I realized the price was USD, not NZD.
The items were shipped from China and arrived very quickly.
Overall good quality except for the figurines in the scoop, but I do not care about those.
Their "it is free, please pay for shipping" is a sneaky sales technique to manipulate people to buy more.

I would recommend that you look at the total of your order after adding ANY item. Some items, like the scoop, is free if you choose "One scoop", but choosing "Two scoops" suddenly has a price (and probably additional shipping costs).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 3 "scoops" which should of been around 150 dice... They send me 16 and refused to refund it or let me return it. It's a scam and I see why they have all kinds of bad reviews. Their website is so misleading.

Misleading pricing, inferior quality, dysfunctional products

Ordered many different products, their flash sale is fake and they jack up shipping costs. On average the "free" products costed me $7 each. The 3D printed products are dysfunctional and can't be opened to store dice. The dice I bought do not look like the images (except for very few). A scummy and SCAM shop that should not be bought from.

Total scam

Total scam! The dice were charged a ridiculous fee for shipping and were such poor quality when they turned up after 5 months of back and forth.

DO NOT BUY

Emptying your warehouse my ass. Since the dice were on clearance, they hiked up shipping costs making it impossible to get a refund for these crap dice. This company also steals images from vendors on Etsy, and then posts advertisements with them. DO NOT BUY they will ship you outrageously inferior product and steal your money.

A decent deal

I tried their Valentine promotion of a "free scoop" of 50-60 casual items for just 10 cents. I still had to pay 20€ of shipping (I live in Italy). It has arrived just 10 days later and I got 35 regular dices, a mini dice set, a bulbasaur d20 holder, a bunch of coins and 5 sticker: 60 item in total. Since this is an American shop it's not much convenient for an European to buy here but I really enjoyed the purchase

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! $145 shipping for a box that was 1.057KG. that is less than 2.5lbs in U.S. weight. shipping was delayed twice because products were out of stock. when it finally arrived. the quality of the products is sub par at best. the dice dagger and sword are poorly 3d printed and don't fit the 10 sided Dice. the scoop that says 50-60 dice had 42 cheap dice in it. the dragon eye bag isn't sewn closed at the seam. should have bought from chessex.

As others have said, scam

As others have said, it’s a scam. They use photos of a completely different dice set that looks nice and fancy, then send you a cheapo plastic set with different colours and numbers. If you order from them, you’ll probably receive dice, but it won’t be the ones you ordered. Don’t fall for the pretty images because that’s not the dice they’ll send you. If you reach out to support they’ll say it comes down to lighting and angles, even though the numbers use a different font and the colours and textures are completely different. Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth the cheap price because you won’t get what you ordered.
