I am leaving this review because I received only 6 dice, even though I paid for 7. I have sent 5 messages to the seller and still have not received any response.

Sadly I ha e not received anything I'm the post from this seller.
Although it has been marked as with royal mail, it appears to be lost.

I have a tracking number but royal mail are unable to find the parcel. Without being the person who sent this tracked parcel I can't get a refund on it.

I have messaged the help email for this company 3 times over 2 weeks and have had no response. It does appear that others on trust pilot have had similar experiences too.

Use with caution and don't expect any support from the help email address, if my experience is anything to go by.

Sent the wrong dice and costumer service isn't answering

Ordered 4 bags of mystery dice and got them in around 5-7 days. Bought 2 resin mystery and 2 liquid core mystery for gifts and they were fine.

Honestly hate giving negative feedback, but in this instance feels like the only way I might get a response from someone.

Ordered a set of dice for £22.99 and a mystery bag for £7.99, the website took my order and my money but has since not sent anything. I have emailed the help desk several times for over 2 weeks and had no response.

So disappointed as I was really looking forward to using the dice.

If I hear back from them or the product arrives would happily change the review. But this has been a bad interaction.

Got 2 of their blind bags as a birthday gift, absolutely great!

Mystery dice order came within 2 day, dice are very pretty, numbers are easy to read and seem solid quality. I'd definitely order again.

I order the special off Esty what it showed me and what I paid for was 4 set of mystery dice all ressin and 100g scope of dice with a coupon I paid nearly 42 us for this what I got was two mystery dice and 50g scope of dice. Don't get me wrong the mystery dice where cool my friends loved them and my dragon dice hoarding ass love the 50g scope I got but it not what I paid for.

I purchased a mystery dice bag via Etsy and I loved the dice!
The bag was high quality and re-sealable so it made its own lovely storage space, and the set I received was a positively adorable teal set with duck inclusions, overall lovely experience ^^

I was doing our first one shot with a group of people and I had a special character in mind. My 3D printer guy couldn't get it done in time. And then my dice arrived on the day of, and one of the dice was a d10 clear with a little duck inside. Which was the special character. I could not believe how amazing that turned out. Thank you so much for sending that one. The one shot is destined to become a campaign and the duck is going to be a central character.

After I receive my package I ave to pay an expra for having my package.
And I didn’t have 1000g of dice! But I order 1000g of dice….

Had an issue with tracking the parcel but customer support was super nice, and it arrived even earlier than expected. Very happy with my order :) could have maybe been more than 3 D20 in a pack of this size but whatever

The "diverse selection of high-quality polyhedral dice, carefully chosen" was neither diverse, nor high-quality, nor carefully chosen. Also one dice was obviously faulty (repeating numbers).
A more honest description would be nice, but writing them directly changed nothing 😕
Offered a refund, but with tariffs and costs of international shipping, that doesn't really make sense

Great seller, always dispatches the item as soon as possible.

Cute website and cool idea with bulk dice. A little sad I only got 3 d20s, but got plenty of the other dice!

Easy purchase. Only problem was that the tracking number didnt work.
