Aaliyah is top notch, highly recommend!

Aaliyah is extremely professional and smart. As a business owner, it's easy to become the one person who does everything. I came to Aaliyah being bogged down by many repetitive tasks and unable to focus on truly growing my business. She helped substantially by taking over calendar and inbox management, customer service, and more! I could always count on her to respond quickly, use common sense (hard to find these days lol), and be kind and professional in her communications. Upon leaving, she wrote out every process she was in charge of making the transition to my next assistant extremely smooth. I highly recommend Aaliyah and her services.
