BEWARE OF THE RIP-OFF !!!

BEWARE !!!
Chris Dickens Charged me over £150 for plan with full scales and dimensions for land purchase but never supplied a one with full dimensions and scales. When we told him that the solicitors are not accepting this plan and they need the proper scale ready plan with full dimensions, he said he will charge £30.00 extra for this, which i paid again. But he never supplied us a proper scale ready plan with full dimensions. And today he sent me this message when i followed up with him to provide me the scales plan with full measurements for which we have paid £180.00 so far. he writes "We do not have the software to supply scaled drawings. Can i suggest you search for a local land surveyor. Try localsurveyorsdirect.co.uk”
Don’t know what we call this ? SCAM or Something else ?
