Real people provide real customer service!
Really good customer service about my entry-level Didiesse Baby Frog machine: I reached out via email with an issue I had with the product and got a very quick response from a real person, but additionally they reached out via Whatsapp to followup with real expertise about my inquiry (I gave my phone number in my email). Refreshing to see that I did not get a canned reply from a script but a real human answer.
