I can't understand why someone would give a bad review to this store. I recently ordered a watch that was shipped in only 3 days - unfortunately it didn't fit but the customer service did great work; I sent back my watch, got the money back and ordered a new one. Totally happy now. Thanks!

Still waiting for a refund, 5 months after payment
In November 2023, I ordered a Nautilus watch from Didun Design. After a lot of emails it turned out neither Didun or the carrier could trace the package. The fact that they ended up wanting to send another watch than the one I ordered instead of refunding the money, and then not responding to my requests for a refund shows a lack of professionalism and reliability.
Not receiving my order and having to constantly chase the company for a solution is not what I expected. Truly disappointing.

Amazing price, amazing quality
As a long-time customer of Didun I can not recommend them enough for those who want to know what a quality watch feels like on your wrist for a budget. Other reviews mention minor imperfections, but it’s nothing you wouldn’t also see on a €200-€500 Seiko or Tissot. Their Patek homages are definitely the highlights for me. I’d start with their Nautilus if people want to convince themselves of the quality.

Amazing watches
I love this online watch store!
The watches look super fancy and are easy to buy.
The website is simple to use, and the delivery was quick.
When I got my watch, it was in a nice box that made it feel special. The watch itself is really well made and looks expensive.
If you want a cool watch without any hassle, this is the place to go. Five stars for sure!

Personal help regarding trouble on shipment.
So, I did have quite some waiting time on my first delivery, because of a mixup in adresses at the distributor, and it got me quite annoyed at some point, because the customer service was not really replying me this information I needed.
But, just as I was most frustrated, and trying to get back out of the purchase, Max Rink (CEO), got personally in touch with me, and helped sort out all the troubles, and even personally oversaw the preparation of the new watch shipment.
I then recieved my watch after a few days, and I'm actually quite surprised on the overall look and quality of the watch.

I absolutely love the watch
I absolutely love the watch, although it took a while to arrive due to a bit of a misunderstanding with communication between the order. This issue required a lot of emailing back and forth, but eventually, it was resolved. The watch itself is absolutely amazing and super well-crafted, showcasing Didun Design's attention to detail and dedication to quality. Superb Watches
I think the quality at this price point is pretty spectacular. You’re really the only company I know of making solid homages of Patek Philippe and AP. They were also really easy to size, which is an important aspect that a lot of people don’t think about, which again speaks to the quality of your pieces. I have about five right now and I get compliments on them all the time, even by people who are not really into watches. Looking forward to future releases!
