We ordered a cat trap on March, 24th and arrived damaged on April 5th.
Between April, 5th and April, 28th we were absolutely abandoned by Dierendrogist, no solutions offered in almost one month.
Paypal had to force them to accept the return of damaged item, otherwise we would be still waiting for an answer. If you intend to order anything from them use Paypal to avoid being ignored.
