I did not receive any communication…
I did not receive any communication after submitting the online form in July 2025. However, from time to time I receive phone calls from individuals claiming they are calling from the same company regarding a diesel claim. When I ask them to communicate via email instead, they disconnect the call.
Altogether, this situation appears suspicious and gives the impression that it may be a scam.

We have a strict dialling policy, and we do not repeatedly call customers. There are other companies using similar brand names which do not have as high standards as us. We will only attempt to call a customer once in a two-week period.

This company is a bloody joke
This company is a bloody joke, I applied over 2 years ago for my Diesel car, when I filled the form in with my registration it came up with my car which was a Dacia Stepway. Straight away it said I was eligible for a claim, I have had lot's of emails from the company keeping me updated and what would happen next. Then I received 2 texts at the end of January beginning of February 2026 saying we have some great news about your Diesel claim please reply with a time that's convenient to call you the call would not last very long. I replied saying anytime was convenient but never had a call back. Then a couple of weeks ago I received an email telling me that unfortunately my car was not eligible as Dacia was not part of the Diesel claim, I asked them why they had taken so long to tell me this and they said it takes a long time to go through all the claims and find that I had a Dacia. But why did they keep emailing me to keep me informed about what stage the claim was at and for the main court case to take place, surely the fact that my car was a Dacia would have been picked up on before it went to the first stage after all the form that you have to put your car registration on to start the claim recognised that it was a Dacia and it was there form so why was it accepted in the first place?. In one email they sent to me they were trying to say that I had stated that my car was a Peugeot and then a Renault, but not once have I ever said it was either a Peugeot or Renault. Makes you wounder if the company is legit or a scam they even said they would not have text me something very fishy with this company

A more professional approach needed initially
It took three goes for the initial team to connect me to the follow up team.
After telling me they were putting me through the line then just went dead.
consequently it needed 3 separate telephone calls to put this right. And the only reason this ream seemed to know this had happened was when they received no confirmation from me
