Diesel ops provides both good prices and good service. Did a full delete kit on my truck and everything shipped quickly. Ran into some questions during the install and they were here to help every step of the way. Very knowledgeable with their products and are willing to take the time to help with whatever issues you may run into. Will continue doing business with them.

I found the part I wanted easily on the web site. Dieselsite 203 degree thermostat. Shipping was fast and less expensive than anywhere else carrying the same part. The part arrived more quickly than expected and was well packed. Perfect fit.

Ordered a product that they had listed as 24 hour shipping. I set an appointment with my mechanic to have it and some other mods done for a date I was to be out of town that was a little over 2 weeks from the date I ordered the product so it would have plenty of time. I called after a week and a half and was told they'd look into and get back to me. Hadn't heard back after 3-4 days and called again. They said they were 2-3 days from shipping. I checked my invoice and it said in stock ships within 24hours. I had to cancel the order, go through another site, pay a rediculous overnight shipping fee to get my part in time. The worst part is they told me on the phone yesterday they are 2-3 days from shipping and the website still says in stock and ships within 24 hours right now.... I ended up paying double by the time shipping was factored in. The dude on the phone was cool though and I was refunded quickly I will say that, but in the end I wish I would have never ordered with these guys. Would I recommend to someone else? Only if I never wanted to talk to them again. I have a ton of upgrades to order and I won't even price them with these guys anymore.

Overall, I am very happy with the finish product. Although, I highly encourage using lots of penetrating oil for older truck installations.

I am not very pleased with this company at all. I see that they had amazing reviews on ebay like very good actually. I bought a ts6 position chip for my 1999 7.3 diesel. I sent them my vin # my BUILT day which was 04/1999 and no scotch brite pad which is the most important piece and the instructions they gave me said to use the one they provided, how? when I never got one? anyways they sent me a early 1999 chip which was completely wrong it needed to be a late 99. They then asked me after I called them to ship it back to them and they would fix it? So it is my problem to spend 12 bucks after a company makes a mistake on their end not mine and then I have to pay out of my pocket to ship it back to them because of their mistake.. very pis*ed off right now is the nicest way I can put it. I will not be doing business again after these mistakes because nobody has made it right with me

EGR ruined my 6.4 at 70k miles. Had to put in a factory rebuilt engine. Took off 200# of emissions crap and put on a complete delete kit from the start. No more 3 second turbo lag, doubled my mileage from 9 to 18 !!!!!!

Awesome experience

I went with Diesel ops when I found out they were a local Michigan company and a hour away. I called to get just a quote because I was price checking between companies. After talking with Korey for awhile on what I wanted to do he said he would put a package together for me and beat any competitor prices. I was sceptical at first but he called me back at closing time with a price $200 cheaper that anywhere else. So went with it and he stayed like 30 mins late to get my order in. I had a issue with firmest of one of my parts and I called to tell them I was unhappy with it. I ended up placing another order to correct it and I'm returning the parts I tried and modified to use at full refund. I'm happy with my purchases and customer support from Diesel ops. I will be purchasing more upgrades in the future and they will be my go to guys. Thanks again
