Website was easy to order off of but did not have great descriptions of some of the products. I ordered 2 parts. One wasn't right and the description didn't state enough info. The other part I ended up not needing. 2 emails later and about a week's wait and still no response from customer service about sending them back.

The business aspect of ordering, paying and receiving my products was A+. I received the right parts and they shipped quickly receiving them only 3 days later. The exhaust system I ordered from Flo-Pro had a bent section i had to manipulate to get it to fit and one of the clamps was missing a bolt. The EGR delete kit started out fairly easy and went flawlessly until one of the exhaust manifold bolts broke off. That was almost 1,000 dollars of unexpected expenses but no fault to Diesel Ops. They do a very good job of getting you the parts you order to you quickly and they recognize military members by offering a discount. As a veteran, thank you. If or when I need to order aftermarket parts again I'll turn to Diesel Ops.

I don’t like how they advertise 10% military discount and then once your military status is approved, only then did they tell you of the numerous brands to which the discount doesn’t apply, which was most of the brands and including all kits/packages. If I hadn’t already built my cart the previous week, I would’ve gone somewhere else for an actual discount off my purchase, but I just wanted to get it purchased and done. On the positive side, the people I spoke to you over the phone or nice and helpful, and I like how installation guides were given via email (and on website) for every ordered part

Install was easy and awesome. Step by step instructions included! No other parts needed at all! It is the best bang for your buck! Top of the line exhaust setup!

Product was delivered in 2 days (before shipping info was sent). Turns out it was damaged during shipment. I talked to a rep, sent some pics, and BOOM a new one was waiting for me when I got home the next day.

I can't say enough about the customer service. I will indefinitely be ordering from DieselOps again.
