If i could give negative stars i would. This company is a scam. Drop shipping as it's comes from Asia and they do not honor there warranty. They offer a discount for another piece of garbage. Never buy from this company. Don't support peddlers of junk and deceit.
Ordered the white gold Cuban link and it is clearly sterling silver. Wanted to exchange for the gold link and was told I could not. But instead was offered a 40% discount to buy the gold link…….. if that isn’t a deficit, then I not sure what is!
Just another dropshipping company as my item came from China like all the other cheaper stuff and got a new lable in Illinois. Item came in the same bag that you will see from Amazon or at the mall with the clear package and solid white top of bag where it opens and the size of chain hand written on it just like those two places I just listed. Since this is costume wear for area I dont want to wear my real chains I placed an order because of reviews but I should of looked harder as after a few days and seeing the China and gofo shipping I realized yiu cant leave a review like on the website as you can from more reputable companies, so it seems those reviews may not be real accurate. Ill be asking for a refund which I know will cost to ship back but this chain isn't even worthy of wearing as video set jewelry.
