Used in the past & had okay experience, awful this time.
Account is asking for verification code, seller claims email with code not being received despite trying multiple times.
Then when challenged for a refund, code was magically produced. I've refused to enter the code or log in to the account and am pushing for a refund. Will chargeback if not processed.
Update: Difmark's reply is an absolute lie. I was waiting on the email verification screen for at least 20 minutes before a code was magically produced after I asked for a refund.
The seller didn't process the refund either, Difmark did after I complained to them.

The request for a photo confirmation is a standard security step used to ensure that the login process is being completed correctly and to prevent unauthorized access issues. Without this confirmation, the seller cannot safely proceed, which is why the process may have appeared delayed.
It is also important to note that the verification code was ultimately provided, and despite the initial disagreement during activation, the seller proceeded with a full refund to your original payment method, which has already been processed. This clearly demonstrates that the issue was not ignored and that a resolution was delivered.
Difmark operates as a transparent marketplace with verified sellers, and all products are delivered exactly as described, with support available throughout the process.

I had a disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with this purchase.
I ordered a Steam key that was clearly advertised as a global key. However, when trying to activate it on a Steam account based in Chile, it did not work due to regional restrictions — which should not happen with a global key.
edit: One important concern I want to highlight is that the final verification step requested by support requires unedited, full-screen screenshots that expose sensitive information. This puts the Steam account of the person I gifted the key to at unnecessary risk.
For privacy and security reasons, I do not agree with being forced to share unedited images that could expose personal data. This should not be a requirement for resolving a simple “global key not working” issue.
This is another reason why the handling of the case feels unreasonable and poorly managed.
What made the situation worse was the support process. Even after providing evidence that the key was not valid in the intended region, support kept requesting additional screenshots, including details about the Steam account region. This feels unnecessary, since a global key should work regardless of location, making this kind of verification irrelevant to the issue.
Overall, the support has not been helpful in resolving the problem so far, and the process has been slow and frustrating.
I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

Difmark - selling dodgy, single game, offline only Steam accounts
Followed a link from a game key market place site where these guys had the cheapest price for a game I wanted. I don't buy from game key sites often and had no idea that "Steam Account" means that they are going to give you access to an entire steam account which has your single game in it and that you have to only use the account in offline mode - I have to presume this is something to do with being in violation of Steam's T&Cs. I'd never heard of being able to buy such a Steam account and wasn't aware that it wasn't the same as a Steam key you activate for use on your own Steam account - so wasn't looking for something like that when deciding to purchase.
Needless to say when I found out what they had sold me and asked for a refund I was told that that wasn't going to happen.
