For whatever reason Digb's team did not want to work with my real estate business. I was a bit taken back by the remarks given they advertise as working with "real estate investors, syndicates, and developers". No reason was shared as to why... however it happened immediately after I asked about their pricing model. I followed up asking for a reason, only to be completely ignored. This business clearly does not care about customer service.

Founder was not very helpful in explaining his pricing and very quickly began to tell me to look for someone else to file my wife and I's taxes since "he has a waitlist of customers that dont inquire about pricing." All of this came after I asked if we could hold off in filing my wife's taxes since I was under the impression it would cost the same (first year married) and explained I would not have paid $1,000 had I known since hers is extremely basic and would have simply been done on TurboTax.

I dont blame them for being frustrated I questioned pricing after he prepped our returns and sent us the invoice which I tried to apologize about that however it was sad to see how immaturely this was handled by them and was far too condescending for me to every recommend to another potential customer. Best of luck with your waitlist of customers and Godspeed they dont ever have a misunderstanding regarding your pricing.

Responsive to my many, many questions. They hustled to get my tax return filed in time for filing deadline. Even with the rushed timeline I was able to find some additional tax savings. The functionality to automatically get transactions from my ban K account is a life savers

Worked with the team to file 2021 tax return. Later came back for tax planing. Tax advisors are very knowledgable and helpful if you need someone that specialises in rental property taxes.

I'd suggest you reach out far before 2022 filing deadline if you want to work with them and have a friend that refers you. This will give you a higher chance of getting off waitlist ,

I had a tough time finding a CPA that specializes in real estate. Finally, a friend referred me to Digb. They were able to help me file my tax return and understand how to plan during the year to avoid penalties and reinvest money back into my investment property to optimize my taxes and reduce the amount I'd pay on rental income. I also found a few deductons that I didn't know abiuy.

Bookkeeping for rental property and filed tax return and exported tax forms at the end of the year. Was referred by a friend that's a real estate investor with many rental properties. Team supported me when I got an IRS Letter (CP2000 Notice). I panic at first when I got the letter, but once I read their article and met witth them on video chat I felt a lot better. Sean helped me undertand the reason I got the notice, helped me gather all of the documents, drafted a response letter, and sent it. The IRS canceled the proposed amount they said I owed. Really happy with how everything went and that I didn't pay the amount the IRS said I owed in the letter. Now, I'm working with Sean on all of my future tax returns so I don't get in this situation again with my rental property.

Filed extension because I didn't have all of my income and expenses categorized and didn't know which one were deductible. Digb helped me figure out which expense are deductible and file my tax return.

We had a wonderful experience with Digb. We had a rental unit for a few years, and we did not enjoy it, until now.
