Packaging / shipping of vinyl leaves a lot to be desired, I have received damaged records twice now, however the customer service in rectifying these issues has been great. Very communicative and helpful - but would be ideal to not have to deal with this in the first place.

I got both of my preordered albums within a timely manner of the release and though I had technical issues with the digital album, the customer service was able to get it sorted for me.

A selection of very unique music on vinyl and the best service ever. I always receives my orders and in case of a minor delay, I am always updated.

I highly recommend working with Diggersfactory. This was my first time pressing vinyl, so I had many questions, and they took the time to answer every single one of them. The communication was great and most of the time I got a response to my email on the same day that I send it. I also struggled a bit with the templates for the artworks and they helped me out a lot with that as well. The vinyl itself looks absolutely stunning. Great quality and I'm extremely happy with it. Would definitely use them again for future projects.

My country’s customs returned my order because a required document number was missing. I contacted Diggers Factory’s customer service, and they were fast, helpful, and efficient. Within a few hours, they solved the issue, and my order is already on its way to Brazil.

My vinyl called ''Stealing Fire'' by Virtual Riot literally got stolen in transit, but Diggers Factory issued a repress to make sure I still received my copy without any extra costs! Really appreciate the customer service! :D

I've been getting records from here for years. Recently, I got one with a gouge in it causing it to be unusable. I emailed the support team Saturday night and got an auto-response that they would answer in 2 days, and Monday morning they shipped another out with no questions asked before I was even awake. Customer service seems to be a very high priority at Diggers and that is something I greatly appreciate.

Great customer service - I had ordered the black vinyl because the white was sold out. When the white vinyl came back in stock and I ordered it. Mélodie was able to cancel the black vinyl for me!

I made a preorder for a vinyl and Mélodie was able to help me change the shipping address because I'm moving to a new location (another country) before the vinyl ships out. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was worried I'd have to cancel my order since im moving to a different country but Mélodie was able to solve my problem.

A mistake was made by shipping a different item than I had ordered. After sending an e-mail about this the right item was shipped to me very quick. I recommend Diggersfactory for helping me out without problems and delay. Thumbs up!

My order hadn't shipped for over a month (an error on my part) I emailed their customer support, and within 1 business day my entire order was fixed, corrected, and mailed out. Shoutout to Lena for being so friendly and prompt!

I made a mistake on two orders and left off the state in which I lived. Melodie promptly made the necessary correction and routed the albums my way. Very prompt service!!

I accidentally put the wrong address when purchasing a vinyl and it was returned to sender. I contacted diggers factory asap as it was a vinyl that had sold out and explained the situation, I was helped by Mélodie, who got back to me within a couple days and was super helpful. I repaid the postage and it was sent back out to the correct address

Customer care team really helpful at solving problems. I had missed out an important chunk of my address on a merch order and Mélodie fixed the issue for me quickly.

So friendly and professional too!
