I strongly advise against using DiggyPOD. Our experience was extremely disappointing and felt like an absolute scam.
It seemed like they intentionally altered or mishandled the files we uploaded, only to charge an additional $40 per upload correction. We placed a rush order expecting professional results, but the final product was a disaster. The front cover of the book was visibly misaligned, shifted noticeably toward the right side, making the entire print look unprofessional.
To make matters worse, on the very same day we received our copies from Amazon publishing, and those books were perfectly aligned and printed exactly as expected. The difference in quality was undeniable.
Despite clear issues on their end, DiggyPOD blamed us for the errors instead of taking responsibility. In total, we were charged $389 for just 24 copies with expedited shipping, which is completely unacceptable given the poor quality.
Avoid this company at all costs. Based on our experience, the service is unreliable, overpriced, and frustrating to deal with.
