My review mhas been deleted by the…

My review has been deleted by the company, hence I am posting the review from another ID.
This is a very bad company and a very bad environment. The boss here talks very rudely.  the owner has no manners to talk. He keeps eating gutkha in the office all the time. Office timings are from 9:40 to 7 pm and lunch is of 40 minutes. Even after that, the boss forces us to work till 8 pm. There is an office working on 2 Saturdays of the month. He is called to the office on the remaining two Saturdays also. The boss harasses the employee a lot. In such cold weather, he does not even allow the heater to be installed and keeps the heater installed in his cabin. Salary comes on the 15th and even on the 15th one has to say, Sir, please give me my salary. When someone joins, they make them join by telling a lot of lies, there are 2 tea breaks of 15 minutes, nothing like this happens and the owner talks very rudely. Maybe the harassment that happened to me after reading this review may not happen to anyone else.
