What an awful website
What an awful website. I'm logged in. I can see my name in the top right. I can see my account details. Yet I add an item to the cart, checkout, and then I'm asked for my contact and shipping details which I already entered when I registered. I enter my email and it says my email is in use and to log in, but I already am logged in! Tried Firefox and Edge and same issue on both browsers.
Also the general website layout and filtering options are absolutely poor. Large catalogue but browsing it if you're not looking for a specific model is painful.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. No problems with any of my orders. Hammond output transformers, which were cheaper than anywhere else, were ordered on the Tuesday and delivered on the Friday. Not bad for shipping from Minnesota to the UK. Moreover, they didn't charge me a penny for delivery, unlike some other companies who say they don't charge, but do on heavier goods. One of these companies were charging an extra £95 for shipping on the Hammond OPTs. And pay the VAT to Digi-key UK and your package will fly through customs. All and all, I would not hesitate to use Digi-Key UK in the future. Their service is first-class and they are a great company to do business with.

I bought a RPLIDAR A1M8,they sent me very different one.it has green pcb without any markings.can not figure out which is which if you want to connect directly to a microcontroller. the connectors are also smaller which won't fit if your robot has already one according to the original model.usb to serial board has different connector as well without any markings again.i requested return but no response at all.i hope they will respond me after this review?

DDP delivery has made it a dream. Postage from the USA is 2 days which is amazing.
Packaged extremely well, including all electrically sensitive components being put into static free protective bags. Everything inside labelled.
Can't fault at all, will certainly be buying again from them when I need more components!
