My computer completely closed down and I dropped it in at the shop. Within 24 hours it was back up and running (and clear of bugs) A very friendly and efficient local service. Andy has a can-do way of running this little enterprise and I for one am glad it's there.

They did what they said they would do, they did it in better than the timescale they suggested and they explained why and how they could help get my computer working better.

I had a great experience with Digi-Me-Bobs! They were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I’ve used them for both repairs and purchasing tech, and they’ve delivered every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the turnaround time is impressive – my devices were repaired in no time. I’ve also bought a refurbished Chromebook here, which was fantastic value and exactly what I needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Giving 4 stars as there’s always room for a bit of improvement, but overall, highly recommended!

Such a good service , so efficient and helpful

Brilliant and very fast service today at Digi-me-bobs. Went in at 9.30am with a broken iPhone screen, it was all done and fixed by 11am. My first time using the services, the staff were lovely and the service was very reasonably priced, I’ll definitely use this shop again in the future.

We dropped in, out-of-the-blue, asking about our dead desktop computer, pretty sure it was the power supply. I only live 3 miles away, and I had just got home when Andy phoned confirming it was the power supply. He'd already tested it! He offered to get us a new one, or have his old one - which we decided was ok, as he'd not only let us have it for £20, but guaranteed it for 8 months ! We now have a perfectly OK desktop computer, all within the 1 day ! Thanks Andy.. we'll definitely be seeing you again !

Always very helpful. I use their printing service which is super handy and saves a trip into Uni. They have also fixed my broken screen on my phone. Can’t recommend them enough. We are very lucky to have this service locally.

Got my Samsung phone from Digi Bobs today.Andy was so patient with me i am a million miles away from being technical but have been playing with my new phone all evening have downloaded all the Apps i need.Have used Andy's services before cant fault.Friendly happy service.Thanks

I had my notebook& my tablet &mobile phone all fixed at this shop,at a very good price,I was pleasantly surprised when I came to pay,I would definitely recommend this shop,A lovely married couple own it,& they were so helpful&very friendly.

Really very helpful. I only went in to ask if I could use their internet as I was having difficulty getting some QR codes printed at the Post Office in Culcheth (cheeky I know) but he was great. Checked my phone settings were correct too, couldn’t have been more helpful had I been purchasing an expensive item.

Recently bought a lovely chromebook from Digi-Me-Bobs. They couldn't have been more helpful in explaining some different options for what I was looking for. The chromebook is great, really super value for money and exactly what I needed. My family has bought several laptops and a PC over the years from Digi-Me-Bobs, and I really can't recommend them highly enough. We've saved ourselves a fortune by buying brilliant refurbished computers from them. It's now the first place we look if we need some new tech.

As an octogenerian being dragged into the 21st century, I had difficulty in programming my iphone, not understanding the terminology. Dig me bobs were extremely helpful and patient in getting me set up on the device, for which I am extremely grateful.

Outstanding. Some years ago, Andy built me a new PC to my specs. It has since been used for tens of thousands of hours on two major projects. I recently asked Andy to clean the machine and upgrade a couple of features. Like before, service was superb - fast, efficient and well-priced. He consulted with me with regard to asking me choose between two suggested options for the upgrade. Also as before, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Digi-Me-Bobs without any reservation.

Thank you so much for your help and guidance in recycling my old computer. It is so good to know that it has been professionally handled and that it won't just go into a land fill site somewhere. Nice premises and some good reconditioned products. Well done. Richard
