One penny for a 22 minute survey. Get real! I HIGHLY doubt server providers are only paying a penny for a 22 minute survey. More like a greedy company (I'm talking about you) is pocketing 99% of the payout for survey completions.

As our support team already explained, you were disqualified from the surveys you mentioned, and therefore did not receive a reward because you did not complete the survey. However, there is absolutely no possibility for already earned money to be deducted from your account. What you have earned remains on your profile until you reach the payout threshold, request a withdrawal, and receive your payment. Hi Salah! Once a transaction is completed, we have no option to cancel it. In some cases, PayPal is unable to deliver the funds for reasons unknown to us, and the payment is automatically returned to our account. When that happens, we always resend the money through another method, such as AirTM. According to our system and the email communication, your payment was successfully sent that way. 🙂

As we mentioned in our email correspondence, we attempted to send the funds to your PayPal account, but PayPal did not approve the transaction. Unfortunately, we do not know the reason for this, and you may need to check with them directly, as we do not have visibility into their processes.
To ensure you receive your money as quickly as possible, we recommended AirTM as an easy and fast alternative. As soon as you created your account, we sent the funds immediately.
It’s very important to us that our users receive their earnings via the method they’ve chosen. However, if there’s an issue we can’t see on our end, we’re happy to assist you in choosing another method to ensure your funds reach you as quickly as possible.

I signed up for digiopinion hoping for making money to support my family. In start days everything is ok but after 3 to 4 days the surveys are very slow, everyday just one survey is available. Can't earn money
I signed up for DigiOpinion hoping to make a little extra money through surveys. At first, things seemed fine—I was getting surveys regularly and managed to earn $1.70 fairly quickly. But after that, everything stopped. For more than three weeks, I checked the site daily and didn’t receive a single survey.
Since the cashout limit is $10, it feels like they intentionally stop sending surveys so you never reach the threshold. I honestly don’t believe anyone is cashing out here. In my experience, DigiOpinion is just a waste of time and not worth the effort.
