Bought Canva Pro in 2023 for a 1-year plan, and it's still working great today! When I had a small issue once, they fixed it instantly with a new link. Amazing support and trustworthy service

I changed my review due to poor support and after sale service, I bought a lifetime subscription from him, I repeatedly messaged him over whatsapp for the course of 1 month now, Yet no updates or replies, My work has been stuck and my manager is threatening to throw me out but all my projects are with his deactivated account!

We checked your Envato Elements 1-Month subscription.(1.2 usd monthly unlimited download) We want to clarify that the recent delay in response was due to a major server migration and a switch to the Official WhatsApp Business API to handle high traffic. This caused a temporary disruption for about 3 days.

To compensate for this, we posted a notification on our portal offering 1 week of extra validity to all affected users. As discussed with you personally on WhatsApp today, you confirmed that the service did work successfully ('Baad me ho gaya tha') after the temporary glitch.
