I don't know where they got my email address. I got their emails about a urgent needed role, while it doesn't mention about their client and the package. Only ask me to send my CV, location and notice period.
Recruiter writes a message. I have a BA job i want to discuss. Not mentioned, the country, the rate, if it is perm or contract, no job description. Time wasters.

They got my information through a breach of privacy. They approached for a role "without budget" ("open"). Seems a waste of time at best, and a skam at worst.
Very little communication. Sends you to a job, without telling you that there is a FR language requirement. Puts you on hold for two weeks, promising to 'get in touch' with the 'hiring manager'. Nothing comes of it. You just wait in vain. Promised to pay expenses for trip to Brussels, reneged when invoice was sent. Just another scammer.
