At first I had a problem with the Product Key received and contact Live Support on the website.

Israt, the representative, helped me through the problem thoroughly and got a replacement key that worked!
Highly recommend for their excellent service.

At first the key I bought did not work, but when I was connected to the support team, Sid noticed that I bought Home edition when I had Pro. He was able to get my switched out and activated my key within a few seconds. Really great team. Thanks

Bought the wrong key on accident and they said they would be able to provide me with a different "Windows 11 Home" key. I then activated the key only for my system to boot into windows 11 enterprise which is a whole different edition of windows that they don't even sell! SCAM!!!

Bought win 11 pro activation key, at first it was an error stating the key was used on other PC，after contacted support, I got a replacement key and able to activate my win 11 pro.

ordered a windows 10 pro key, delivered with in a minute. It didn't work but i contacted them through the messenger thing, ISRAT, asked for a a few things got me another key and it worked. whole thing from purchase to Israt help maybe 10 mins. great service.
