I bought the wrong key by accident and Lamia, one of their support agents, helped me to get the proper key free of charge! I was super sketch at first but I have windows activated now and it was easy

I worked with Sid, Saikat, and Lamia. They all did their best to give me another key after I had lost my original. Responses were very fast and they were patient with me. Honestly the best place to buy keys from.

The first Windows key I purchased did not work. After chatting with them, they gave me a key that worked. It did take a while for them to get back to me, but it was late at night. So, I appreciate that they still took the time this late to help me. Overall, a good experience. This is my second time purchasing from them. The person who helped me was Sid.

Windows 11 pro retail key - didn't work. Used the chat support function - Sid immediately exchanged it for a working key.

The key didn't work at first but I messaged them at 11 pm got a quick response, second key didn't work got a third, didn't work, and then another one worked. Thank you Lamia for the super quick and easy fix to my issue. Much appreciated.

I had purchased a Win11 Pro retail key from them and unfortunately it said it was used. I clicked the bottom left of the site for chat support and immediately got to talk to customer support via text chat. They gave me another code which sadly had the same result, I was getting a bit worried at this point. Then they gave me a 3rd key and it worked flawlessly this time.

I bought activation code key doesn’t work. I contacted support team they sent me to more keys that didnt work. They said that they give me refund but i dont believe them its scam.

Had issues with activating my Windows 11 Pro key at first due to it already being used on another device. After contacting support and talking to Israt. I simply sent a screenshot of my activation error and was given another key that worked without any issue in about a minute.

Got the first code in less than a minute, tried it and it said it was invalid for Win 11 Pro to up from Win 11 home. Jumped on with support chat, explained happened sent a screen shot. I was told it wasn't for an upgrade, so I'd try a fresh install and check back in. After all it was my bad for being a dummy.

Lamia asked if I wanted another code just for peace of mind, I agreed that could save me a ton of trouble in the off chance it works. Input the code and it worked. It rebooted my computer so I had to rechat on a different computer and let them know it worked.

I'm impressed not only with the pricing, but just as important the customer service. Definitely a 5-star experience solved in under 10 minutes.

Lamia was great on customer service!!! Exchanged my windows 11 home key for a pro one because i bought the wrong one.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key and received it immediately. However, when I tried to activate it, I got an error stating that the key was actually for Windows 11 Home not Pro as advertised.

To resolve the issue, I tried:

Live chat support (no response)

Support email (didn’t work)

Sales email (no reply)

If you’re okay with buying a product that has zero customer support, then go ahead. But I’d rather pay a little extra and buy from a trusted seller like G2A, where I know I’ll actually get help if something goes wrong.

Save yourself the hassle look elsewhere.
