Slow and expensive...

Took more than an hour due to "technical difficulties" to register our plates, and by the time I finally got a confirmation, I had had to buy another vignette in an automat as we could not wait that long. A visit to a manned service only got the response "you have not used the official homepage, so we cannot help". In the end I paid double!
