Unfortunately, recent candidate quality has dropped significantly, and we've uncovered the reality of doing business with DigitalGrads has resulted in us paying full candidate fees and offering no rebate or replacement.

The 12-month guarantee is not true, as we experienced when our replacement guarantee did not pass probation on gross misconduct grounds. DigitalGrads made it clear they won't be offering a replacement or providing any form of rebate. They quoted it is not industry standard to offer refunds. However, the replacement candidate did not last longer than 4 weeks, yet DigitalGrads feel we are not entitled to any rebate, which is not industry standard. See below the response we received:

"We're keen to preserve the relationship with you, but you're neither entitled to a refund under our terms nor can we justify one on the basis of goodwill."

For context, we have been exclusive with this agency and put all our graduate candidates through them, and this is how they proposed to retain the relationship. We were charged our full candidate fee and offered no rebate.

I would strongly avoid working with this agency on the basis of the candidate pool and rebate terms.

I was emailed by DigitalGrads regarding a role I had applied for saying they were managing the recruitment for the company, and that I would have to create a 'basic profile' on their website by doing a 'super short form'. I did the basic information, not realising I was meant to do my entire work history and a video interview in order to be assessed by the employer. Immediately after doing this I replied to the email asking if there were any further steps I needed to do. I did not get a response to this. Four days later I get a message on the site saying the company had chosen an alternative hiring option. It was only then I was told by a separate employee of Digital Grads that I need a full profile to been even looked at by an employer. This lack of clarity and communication has resulted in me missing a job opportunity I was incredibly excited for. Either the original email could have been clearer, or the sender of said email could have replied to me so I would have had a chance to complete my profile. This is not acceptable from a company that is so well regarded in its reviews.

Great company, they are really helpful and individual in their approach. They took the time to phone me after each stage, explaining next steps and answering any questions I had in a professional but informal way. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone looking for a job with a tech firm.

The website is effective, although it was a bit difficult to get my profile adjusted accurately. Still, it got me hired, as opposed to lots of platforms full of spam and wasting time, so I am giving it the completely deserved credit. What's more, I did not have to complete my profile for it, I still got the employers' attention, which is all we are here for, so, that's a big "thank you" from me to DigitalGrads.

The team at DigitalGrads are great. They've honestly been so supportive when I've looked for roles on their site. Not only that but they give you a call to just run things through and answer any questions you may have. Most importantly, you actually get results with them!

Finding a job through DigitalGrads was far less daunting than job hunts have been in the past. The advisors that helped me through the process were very friendly and personal - They seemed genuinely pleased when I found a job that worked for me! Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially new graduates looking to start a career.

We had a great and successful partnership with the DigitalGrads Academy hiring a number of talented individuals into our Business Development Team in the UK. The DigitalGrad team has been very helpful to support us during this years recruitment phase, providing a pool of candidates that had been prescreened and had completed a Business Development training. Whilst I was a graduate at DigigradsI received very attentive updates and communication from the team, even during lockdown. This was really important as a recent graduate I was able to still be made aware of jobs and apply for great roles.
