Based on the current concern which I have raise, their prompt reponse is exceptional, considering that the communication is through email, Digital License CSR will provide the information in an utmost manner with elaborative explaination which is what should a customer service should have. Delivery and download timely - installation a problem
Delivering the download went well, though having the initial instructions in German was a bit confusing as
I had ordered English. However installing it was a problem as I already had it as part of the Office package and it required my uninstalling
Office in order to install the Publisher download. My immediate option apparently is to install it on another computer. If there is some other way to handle this it would be good to have it included in the instructions.

Amazing customer service
I bought a license that was supposed to be for life, but was given a 3 month code by accident I think. I messaged staff at the end of the 3 months because I got shut out, and they gave me a brand new code within minutes of emailing support.
