Please avoid at all costs!

As per the other reviews, I ordered a package from digital registry for £19 on the 12th March. I still haven’t received anything via email (25th March). I have left two voice messages and emailed and have yet to have any kind of reply. Absolutely shocking customer service and they will not deliver what they advertise.

It appears to be a scam website. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did.

I ordered a certified certificate on "DigitalRegistry.org.uk", I paid £15 for priority processing, on checkout it charged £9.99 for Shipping 5-7 days standard shipping. I have paid £178.99 but I have nothing for it.
The logged on webpage states that the order is "Under Review"?! I have phoned and left 2 clear messages - no one from Digital Registry has replied. I've email - also no reply. I have even tried their online chat option - also no reply.
I have just got through on the phone number, the man who answered was clearly competent, and explained that the process can take up to 15 days.

Paid £19 online for a document, they couldn't supply it and took the cash.
Stay well clear as they are not interested when you call for a refund.
They can only do what you can do for £3 on land registry site.
When you call they even answer the phone with just a Hello lol obviously doing it from home.

Having recently lost my Father and been asked to deal with his estate I used this company and paid them £19 to supply the Title Deeds to the property I required, they took my money then e-mailed to say the documents weren’t available and when I asked for a refund that flatly refused!
In my opinion I paid them to supply a product they advertised, they took my money, didn’t supply the product and refused to refund so I have no product and no money.
Trading Standards informed regarding this scam company.

Ordered a document as they advertised quick turnaround. Took DAYS to arrive - a digital document. Anyway before this had even arrived I'd requested a refund, and 3 months on I'm still emailing back and forth. They're delaying every response as much as possible and replying with very basic answers that don't answer any questions. Complete scam site. Avoid.

I wrote a negative review of Digital Registry when it seemed that I had not received the requested document. I must retract this as I have discovered that the document had been sent but I had not seen it as I should have scrolled down a blank space under the notification that the document would follow: when I scrolled down,it was there. I discovered this when I spoke to someone at DigitalRegistry using the number provided. There were no problems getting in touch. I also checked that any payment was a ‘one-off’. I still advise using the cheaper option of contacting the Land Registry directly.

This is a scam company they charge extortionate prices for services which cost less than a £5. Please stay clear and save yourself a fortune buy them direct from gov website at a fraction of the price. No customer service or reply’s to email. Website seems legitimate with the two fake 5 star trust pilot reviews. Wished I’d researched before getting conned

Well I should have came to TrustPilot first to read the reviews. This company is a complete scam. They advertise 5 star TrustPilot reviews on their website and a money back guarantee. However, they never give you the documents then say in their refund policy they don't issue refunds once you place an order, so what does the money back guarantee mean.
They also advertise same day PDF download of documents which is complete rubbish.

I have just reported them to Action Fraud. 83% of TrustPilot users have been scammed here including myself. We must act together and stop companies like this scamming people. The value is only small but they are doing this daily

Never received documents as requested asked for a refund no response, finally two weeks later they emailed saying the order had been processed but nothing received, appalling service from start to finish AVOID!

Firstly I paid £3 and downloaded the ordnance survey I was looking for from the Land Registry website but the file was protected and could no mark it up.
Found this vendor that claimed to be a non government organisation and paid £25 for a survey from them. Circa 6 hours later receaved a link to a file only to discover it was the same file I downloaded from the Land Registry.
This company are Con Artist and a big SCAM!!!!

Ordered a document on this website, they sent it a day later with the wrong information and the customer service is awful not responding

Stay away from this company and use GOV website instead

Ordered a document not too long ago and received it almost instantly - They we also able to aid in organising my solicitors which is something i did not expect.

Reasonably good service. Digitalregister delivered the documents I requested. There was a slight delay. The same day delivery was more like 3 days, this was due to the complexity of my request. I was alarmed by some of the low star reviews but digitalregister have delivered what was promised, within a reasonable timeframe. This is a genuine and honest review.

I applied for a "same day download" of a plan of my brother's house, because he was having some trouble with a neighbour / boundary and contractors were arriving the next morning. The plan had not arrived by late on in the evening, at which point it was too late to be of use so I emailed the company to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
The following day I received a link from them by email which they said was a link to the plan.
I replied, telling them I had already cancelled the order the previous day and would not be opening the link. Their reply was that they use "third parties" and did not guarantee same day download.
I asked again for a refund or where I could complain to about their service. They did not reply.

Like others on here be aware. This site is certainly not legit. They have taken my money promised lots in return but absolutely nothing. Trying to get in touch is impossible, there is no phone number only a chat that is a bot. Nobody replied to my concerns.

Scam...took my money, nothing in return...STAY AWAY!!!!!

Ordered a copy of my deeds at 9pm, received them via email at 11am the next day, can't fault the service.

Don't use!! They take your money, don't deliver and offer no customer service. In short, they just don't care once they've got your order. They aren't bothered by bad reviews, which reputable company feels like that? Scammers who have no phone number, have broken English and reply with smarmy emails. Use HM Land Registry where you will find what you need at a small fraction of the cost. Just avoid!!

Avoid this company - the website looks good, they promise a lot - but they don't deliver. There is no way to get in touch with them - their online chat is a Bot, there is no email or telephone number - I'm reporting this right now!
