Very bad experience
I had a pretty bad experience with Digital Store Bangladesh. The product I ordered looked good on the website, but what I received was cheap and not as described at all. It felt like a knockoff version. When I tried to reach out for a return or refund, I got no proper response just copy-paste replies that didn’t solve anything.
Shipping took way longer than promised, and tracking updates were barely available. Honestly, the whole process felt frustrating and unprofessional.
They claim to offer “seamless and secure” service, but that was far from what I experienced. I won’t be ordering from them again.
