I do play Hero wars: Alliance, to get some emeralds i started to play Warpath game from Digital turbin offers. I completed 6 tasks. For first 4 they gave me a rewards. For task number 5 and 6 where a reward is much bigger they didn't pay out. This is an absolute scam and a deliberate money grab. The company uses brazen tactics. I was completing an offer for the game MU: Dark Epoch through their Offer Wall (for currency in Hero Wars). At first, everything worked perfectly – their system successfully tracked my first, cheaper task (purchasing 60 diamonds) and granted the reward.
Encouraged by this, I completed the most expensive tasks: buying the 1980 diamonds pack and reaching level 116. Suddenly, their system magically "stopped" tracking my progress. I contacted support, attaching indisputable proof: official Google Play receipts with order IDs, a bank statement, and in-game screenshots of my character.
Their response? First, they claimed my installation "was not attributed to them" (which is completely illogical, since they credited me for the first step from the exact same installation!). When I pointed out this logical flaw, they blatantly rejected my ticket, automatically accusing me of using a VPN, computer emulators, and... manipulating screenshots downloaded from the internet!
They would rather call a paying customer a fraud and ignore official Google Play evidence than pay out the owed reward. Avoid Digital Turbine Offer Wall at all costs. If an offer requires you to spend real money, they will 100% find the most ridiculous excuse to close your ticket and keep the profit.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I completed the Mu Dark Fantasy offer (reaching level 248) in Hero Wars: Alliance, which should have rewarded me with 14,000 emeralds. I am a first-time user and completed the task well within the 30-day timeframe.
I contacted support, but received a generic automated response about "validation periods" instead of actual help. I have all the screenshots proving my level and Player ID.
It feels like a scam when you spend days on a task and get ignored by support. Please look into my case and credit the rewards. My ticket number is 5443205

I completed one of their offers that was labeled specifically for android users, as I am a Samsung user. I didn't receive my promised reward so I contacted support only to receive automated responses, turns out there is no way to get in touch with a real person if you have questions regarding the information they want from you. A few brick walls later I get a response let me cNp what I was written: "We regret to inform you that the advertiser was not able to validate your participation in this offer.Our partner rejected your request, and you will not be rewarded for the following reason:
Your click was not attributed to DT. You might have downloaded the app organically through PlayStore or any other Offer Wall provider" Let's double back to the earlier mention of the fact this was labeled for Android, android generally uses the playstore for downloading apps/games whatever. So yeah I would give these people negative stars if I could, Digital Turbine is nothing but a scam. Don't waste your time on these offers.

Spent real money, straightforward offer, no recourse
So I waited to hit the first milestone to ensure this company linked my account right. So then I made a purchase to hit 3 others. No payment. OK, email them since AI have the receipt, boiler plate email telling me they can not do anything? This is rebate fraud and if these tech companies want to play games, and the government wants to allow their fraud, it is time to hold employees accountable directly.

I ended up betting the entire $50 over multiple bets, trying to get the reward to kick in. They told me that I didn't meet the requirements. I absolutely did and that's $50 down the drain AGAIN. AVOID
Deception
The game is great, and I've been playing it for 6 years. During this time, I've returned to it more than once. Recently, I tried to get free diamonds through their partner, DT Offer Wall. I clicked the offer, downloaded the required game, completed the conditions (reaching level 40), and received nothing.
I went back into the game to check why I hadn't received my reward and found I could no longer access the Offer Wall site. I tried to find out why. Big Blue Bubble (the developers) responded to me:
"Unfortunately, Digital Turbine handles all issues regarding the Offer Wall. It sounds like your account may no longer be eligible to view offers." (Remember this.)
I then wrote to the partners (Digital Turbine / DT Offer Wall) themselves. They replied:
"Our partner rejected your request and you will not be rewarded for the following reason:
· Your click was rejected and targeted as Fraud by the Advertiser.
· You used a VPN or a computer emulator to access the offer and simulate a device on your computer.
· You manipulated screenshots or used screenshots downloaded from the internet."
The most interesting thing is that I did not violate any rules and did not use a VPN.
After researching, I understood that I am not the only one who fell for this scheme—many others have too. Hundreds of players describe a problem identical to mine: completing a task (often the most difficult one), after which they receive a rejection for far-fetched reasons (VPN, fraud), and their real evidence is completely ignored.
Why did the offers disappear? Blocking access to offers after a dispute is a common tactic, as reported by other users. This makes further dialogue through the application impossible. So, we received nothing, while the partners get their money. And because of these partners, the game's reputation is being damaged.
Totally unprofessional
Totally unprofessional. They ripped me off on 2 of my rewards I earned, and they removed all the other possible offers from being available to me. I had a similar issue with another reward company and i sent 1 screenshot that was meant for other company, then I get accused of fraud, altering screenshots and using a vpn. None of those claims are true at all whatsoever! No wonder this company has an absolute horrible review status. If it was possible to give no stars, they would in fact have a zero star rating...
Digital turbin support does not answer
Hello,
I play Hero Wars alliance, and there was a very good offer which I checks all the points, and never received the reward.
After writing several mails to the support, the only thing I got are automated mails saying that the issue is about how I used the offer, and that they will reply... eventually.
I'm still waiting for a reply one month after my first mail.

Sometimes it works, for a short period, but often it goes wrong, not only two you end up spending your time but real money into these things but rarely see any reward. When I raised the issue of having received the reward for 100 arena wins, but not the previous reward for 50, they shut me down and now I can't get any other rewards, which sucks more do after spending 9.99 on 4 shards in game which I assume now also won't be paid out for.
