The initial booking attempt (having entered passengers’ details and having paid) fetched a message that the service was not available. It was probably due to the late hour of the booking because the next morning a most polite employee contacted us and everything was fixed in just 15’! I would definitely use the platform again because it’s very user-friendly.

Professional and kindness
I booked from Italy, and when i had a problem with my ticket, they helped me to solve, even thought my english was no good. Very good price, because by online italian agency the same ticket costs twice as much about. Thank you. I will buy tickets and i recommend them.
