i rang about a powercab accessory i thought i needed to run 2x power cabs together, it turned out i didn't need it, they explained how to use 2 x powercabs together, with some technical help, and it saved me buying a £25 component from them.
I made enquiries about a digitrax DCC controller for a model railway and asked also which accessories were compatible. David was very helpful and understanding gave sensible advice and not just going for the most expensive. He new his products and i subsequently bought a base controller and a second throttle controller which was very well packed and shipped overnight at no extra cost. A superb experience all round. I’ll certainly be back for further modelling needs.
