Excellent I just loved it

Blouse tore on first wear absolutely rubbish

Ordered on the 6th, shipped on the 13th and delivered on the 20th so fairly slow, although the website does warn of this. Sizing is ridiculously small. I'm slightly taller than average and the size 12 items I bought are stretched taut and about 8 inches too short in the leg. In order to return items you must request first (items returned without company approval will not be refunded) unfortunately the company isn't responding to requests. First email sent 5 days ago, Whatsapp sent yesterday and another email this morning. With a 2 week window since delivery to ensure a refund I guess I'll be losing my money. Terrible customer service and terrible products. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as this seems to be a common theme with this company...

Update: after another 2 emails the company agreed to let me return the items. Evri have tried twice to deliver but says the office is shut, despite middle of the day on a work day. Doing a quick Google search reveals it's been sent to a rough industrial estate in Norwich - no sign of the company, although street view is a little limited. Have now googled the address given on the website. It seems to be a general London address that you pay to use to suggest being UK based, however this company isn't even listed on 128 City Road's clientele. The company is an absolute scam, and needs to be shut down. Do not purchase from here.

Edit: After 2 weeks of attempted deliveries the parcel was finally handed over and my refund was processed. Not sure if this was chance that it happened on the same day I told them I was going to get my bank to rescind my payment but very relieved I got the money back.

Edit 2: a week after Evri said the parcel was handed back to the company it's arrived back on my doorstep 🥲

I have emailed twice to ask for the return address and nobody has replied. The only information on your website is that to return something I have to email you for the return address as it’s not the same as the address on your sender details or website. Why on earth would you not give the return address out, other than to trick people into buying things which are impossible to get money back for when they’re unsuitable. I’m sure this must be against the law. If I get no response as a result of this review I will report you to the office of fair trading.

Waited 42days for item contacted Royal Mail and it was returned to sender as they hadnt put right postage on, no apology worst company ever, don't waste your money!!
**UPDATE FOLLOWING THEIR REPLY - NO I NEVER SUPPLIED THE WRONG ADDRESS PLUS I PAID BY PAYPAL WHICH I CAN CONFIRM HAS MY RIGHT ADDRESS***

Company asks us to email them to make a return. However, they are not responding to my emails to facilitate the return. Instructions request that we confirm the return via email before it can be accepted. Poor customer experience so far.

Item came in a completely different colour than shown and didn’t get any help about returning it

Great gear, great service!

Not great quality in my opinion also sizing was far smaller than described as per fitting guide on web site
I used this when ordering and the item should have fitted perfectly however I think I could have gone two sizes up for a good fit
Shipping and delivery was a long process also drop shipped direct from china
I personally would not order again but having said that some people may find the prices and product quality to their liking

Lovely product, but very small. I ordered a size bigger to ensure a loose fit and it was still too small!
