I just paid 38.97 for a shirt and they want to offer me $2.00 to return it. What kind of business is this.

Avoid Avoid do not trust, ordered 2 linen dresses £38.00 they arrived after 3 weeks but are of poor quality and not true to size much to small, emailed the support who sent a link to a robot, basically telling me to either give to a friend or sell in on,I still insisted on a return and refund not heard anything since, that will teach me!!!!

I ordered a product on 28th March and have not received item. No help from the support email.I would not recommend this company

Ordered on the 7th of January, 2023. Items still haven't arrived to date.
I have complained over and over and been ignored most times.
Was told last week that my delivery had been delivered and to check with Yodel to where my item is. I called the number they gave me and its for bens gutters Ltd. They have repeatedly asked diminishe to remove their number for years.
Now I'm being ignored again.
Doesn't look like I'm going to receive my items or a refund.
Please avoid this company

Ordered items early November’22 total value £46.90 they took £58.63 however, I complained straight away and they refunded £11.73. The items have not been delivered and I have therefore got a chargeback from my credit card company!

Do not buy from this company. The goods I ordered were not good quality or fit it took weeks of asking for my money back constant offers of £3.00 and upwards plus keep garment. In the end I received £12.00 back from the initial cost of £23. Avoid them.

Foolishly like the rest of the reviews for this company, I bought 3 pairs of fleece legging which when arrived were not what was advertised. I have had several email conversation, only to behold they can only offer me compensation of £10 and to give the leggings to family members. they are refusing to give me a return address and states that they will lose their job if they ask for more compensation.

I have complained to Facebook, the ad has been removed but nothing done. I have now put in a complaint to my credit card and they are taking this up, again like the other reviews, my bill should have been 44.00 but 53.21 was taken. Please do not touch this company with a barge pole they are absolutely shocking.

Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs ...ordered stretchy jeans received what I can only describe as electric blue awful trousers nothing like I'd ordered ...asked to return them emailed back and forth multiple times , and they refused to let me return them and thought it was satisfactory to offer me a £7 refund for trousers that I didn't order and paid £23 for ... the company is a complete con , do not buy anything from them

Bought fleece jeggins seen on Facebook after reading many good reviews.
Arrived weeks later (sent from USA not UK as stated). Nothing like advertised. Same as other reviewers, I was offered £2.50 instead of full refund. I pushed for address, but have no faith I will receive my refund due to some fabricated reason they can make up. They will sell them on to the next victim and make double the money. Reported to Facebook. Jeggins going in bin. Couldn't give them away. Never buying through Facebook ad again either.

Absolute con artists. Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 pair of fleece lined jeggings. They look nothing like the advertised item. I emailed asking how to return the item and they replied asking what the problem was. When I told them the quality was poor and not as advertised they stated that since they sent the correct items they would not refund as it takes a long time and to just keep the items. Absolutely shocking! Don't waste your money.

I foolishly got drawn in to buying two pairs of fleece denim leggings via Facebook ads at £16.99 each. The reviews looked good but I now suspect they delete the negative ones.

It took several weeks for them to arrive via USA (I was under the impression that they were being shipped from UK). The product was awful. Neither denim nor fleecy. They were leggings with Jean imprints (awful).

Requested a refund immediately and they eventually offered me $3 compensation.

They gave me an address 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen 518100 to return goods to at my I expense including taxes (I must photograph item in transit).

My order was for £32.38 (x2 jeggings) on 10 October 2022 but my credit card was charged £40.48.

I have just paid £17.10 to return the parcel to china via tracked mail so I can get a partial refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company popped up on my Facebook page and foolishly I ordered a pair of their £16.99 denim fleece lined leggings. They arrived two weeks later via USA. They are neither denim or fleece lined. I emailed to asked for return address which they were extremely reluctant to give me. After many emails they offered me a £2 refund. The return address is in China and would cost £10.
