ENGHAVE APOTEK. Enghave Plads 25, 1670 København V.
I just had the worst experience in this place. I have asthma since I was born, so I use inhaler. My doctor modified my prescription, so I can get more than 1 inhaler and today, I went to this place to get my medicine (if I dont have it when getting an asthmatic reaction, I cannot breathe) and an old woman (in her 60s) with white hair and a bob up to her shoulders and chubby shape decided to deny my medicine simply because she wanted, inventing that I have a restriction of 10 days to get another inhaler, which is a lie because my doctor gave me the prescription in order to get my inhaler whenever I need it. She treated me poorly from the beginning, not sure if because of my race or because I cannot wear a mask for my dermatitis. I gave her my yellow card and asked for my medicine, she scanned it and then asked : -what do you want? With the nastiest attitude. After denied my medicine I asked for her name and her boss to complain, she answered that she was the boss there and walked away pretending she was on the phone and hiding behind her colleagues. I got altered and started talking . loudly to her from the counter when she decided to send another seller to help me, The other seller sold to me my inhaler without any issue but did not give me the name of the old woman. Then this guy told me that the pharmacy name was "Kastrup Apotek". So not only she treated me like crap (probably in a racist way since I spoke english) but her collegue treated me like if I were stupid, giving me another´s apotek name.
After all this, a man came out of the apotek and told me that he wishes from the deepest bottom of his heart that I break my two legs in my bike and die. He claimed he was a doctor working there. I hardly believe that because I don't think doctors behave like that, but if this is true, then the doctor who works there is a racist evil person who wishes death and tragedy to customers.
Take your money somewhere else, because here, the old woman is gonna question what your doctor prescribe to you.
EDIT: I tried to complain with the pharmacy but they blocked my email address.
EDIT N2: Thanks for the answer. I wrote my review here because when a person checks the website belonging to this pharmacy, it is related to dinapoteker.dk .
They use this adress as their own website.
