Don't purchase - the company is a scam. Don't respond to requests for refunds and falsely display a no refund message on products even though it is a legal right within 14 days.

Clueless as a company. The actual pair of sunglasses was nice although too small for me so I returned them and the price is ok if the product and service was to be premium, however the customer service is almost none existent and the packaging is cheap. I requested the return within the 14 days and got an immediate response with instructions of where to return them to. I sent them tracked thankfully because it took nearly 3 weeks, 4 emails, no responses from them to finally issue a refund. No response to the 4 emails, no response to the instagram DM, nothing to say my return had been received and a refund was being processed, just total silence. Terrible or none existent customer service, terrible start for a new brand. The packaging was far from premium.

I have noticed that not only have they not dealt with the unhappy customers but are now putting fake reviews to drag the score up. Deal with your unhappy customers. Appalling awful company and I will be going to the ombudsman over their complete lack of ownership of dealing with problems.

I recently got a pair of sunglasses from Dineli, and they're honestly fantastic. The lenses are super clear and do a great job protecting my eyes from the sun. Plus, the frames look stylish and feel really sturdy, so I can wear them every day without worrying. The customer service was also awesome—they shipped quickly and were really friendly when I had questions. Overall, Dineli exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for quality, cool-looking sunglasses.

Arrived bent/ wonky and no response from their ‘customer service’. I think they’re all bought in from china and poor quality. When I wanted to return for a refund they don’t respond which is absolutely appalling to be honest. Don’t be fooled by the celebrity endorsement- poor quality overpriced sunglasses

My boyfriend ordered some glasses which sadly did not suit, we have tried to contact them regarding the refund multiple times via email and online chat with no luck. We returned the item but received it back as it was undeliverable to the address provided as ‘they were away’. We are now out of pocket, unable to contact them as we anre being ignored and extremely disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid !

It’s been 3 weeks since I ordered a pair of the Tint Eastwoods and still I haven’t received them, no one is interested in replying to my emails, there isn’t a phone number to call, they’ve definitely had my money though!

Was excited to get my pair of Sunglass to find that the fancy box that is comes in had detached itself from the outer packaging. Not massively put off I went to try on the sunglasses and found they were not to my liking. So email the team as requested to ask for refund details noting that the box was damaged and they weren’t suited for my face and to request a refund. Initally received a quick response requesting photos of the box and then nothing for about a week. It only took my following up to get a response from the company not answering my request for refund. It has now been 14 days since I last had communication from them. All I want is to send them back and get my refund as this is within my right but this company are being super unhelpful. Sunglasses are fine but customer service is terrible. Would not recommend

I have ordered a sunglasses didn’t came, no mail with info about shipping , packaging nothing.

Almost no response by email or Chat! And if response all lies! Said I was not at home and before that they said something went wrong at the post office all lies.

Ordered the Tint Eastwood glasses, emailed & messaged on Instagram straight away to try change the colour i ordered - no response, so i ordered a second pair with the intention of returning the first.

Ts&Cs says to email and request a return within 2 week. Since they arrived I have emailed numerous times, attempted their online chat, messaged on social media & had ZERO RESPONSE.

It’s sad as the glasses are actually very nice.
