Awful product, trying to set up GA4 tracking & Google Tag Manager. Every time I input the code, it saves and then nothing happens, not GA4 or GTM code on the website. I've asked my colleagues to check and when they do, they don't even see any code on there at all! Asked support what is going on and they said they know about it, but it's not a priority!!! How can tracking online bookings not be a priority for a online bookings business! ridiculous.
DO NOT USE! I made a Hazendal restaurant reservation online and was forced to pay the 'refundable' booking fee, after numerous emails to Dineplan and Hazendal wine estate Im still R200 short. Never to use again!
