Honest hard working builders
Nothing but praise for Luke and his team for the work on my roof, making my house watertight again
Arrived on time, expained step by step and completed the work in the timeframe they originally set

I can only speak from my own experience, but unfortunately it was a very poor one. Insulation was delivered to my home on a Thursday for work scheduled to begin the following Monday. The materials were left directly on the ground, uncovered, and in very poor condition. When I raised legitimate concerns about this and provided photographic evidence directly to the Director, rather than addressing the issue, the company simply withdrew from the job and left me in a difficult position.

There had already been red flags — I was initially given a start date verbally, only for it to be changed later with the blame placed on office staff. Integrity and honesty are everything in this kind of work, and sadly I did not see either.

The company have also suggested that because I did not proceed with a previous builder, this somehow absolves them of responsibility. I completely reject this. Their responsibility lies in their own actions and standards, not in the choices I made before engaging them.

It’s a shame I cannot share the photographs here, as they clearly show the poor condition of the materials and highlight the level of customer service I received.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dingle Construction, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly communicative. They completed the project on time, and the quality of the work is exceptional.
Throughout the process, the entire team was incredibly approachable and open. They made sure we were informed every step of the way and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting things right was evident in every aspect of the job.
We can highly recommend Dingle Construction to anyone looking for reliable, skilled builders. Their dedication to delivering high-quality work on schedule is truly commendable. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we would definitely choose them again for any future projects.

I would highly recommend this company..they were very professional, honest and trustworthy. Nicki was very prompt in answering any of our questions..we were pleased with their quote..Luke and Ben were very personable. We wish them the best in all future endeavors.

Like a can of Ronseal, Dingle Construction did what they said on the paperwork. Asked for a quote and Luke turned up when he said he would, great start. The team were polite, hard working and very tidy, We now know we can call Luke and his team knowing they are totally professional.

The Dingle Construction team were professional, friendly and worked long hours to finish our roof job to a high standard. They responded very quickly to adverse weather conditions and cleared the site well. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

Outstanding, Luke and his team finished our new build home 12 months ago, they did everything from the ground works, building, rendering, roofing all using their own, professional team, they laid over 28.000 blocks, laid by their own team, the house took 12 months from start to finish, amazing team, I cannot recommend them enough for any building works, absolutely outstanding
