A site that treats premium users very poorly.

Cheathappens (which is owned by dingo webworks) is a site that, even if you're a PREMIUM member (let alone a LIFETIME one with Lifetime Plus and The Club Plus membership) will treat you like absolute crap.

You would think paying that much, and being a member that long and of that particular status would at least earn you a little VIP treatment from their cheatmakers there, right? Well that's not the case here! Not at all.

I paid points to request and option for a game and it was never even put up for voting because the programmers/cheatmakers of that site are lazy, whiny and entitled little brats. I'm not kidding, every time there is a request or an update that breaks the cheats for a game, they LITERALLY complain about it. Let me repeat: They COMPLAIN about having to do work that they're PAID to do. If you're PAYING them to do this, you'd think they're VERY MUCH obliged to follow through on your requests WITHOUT complaints, no?

Not the case with these people. They make you pay "points" to do ANY and EVERYTHING from making cheat requests to requesting an update or even requesting a different platform for it. The worst part? Those points can be WASTED and STOLEN if they so as much decide to be too lazy and not follow through on it. Caliber and PWizard in particular are the absolute biggest complainers about having to work on cheats on that site. If you hate it so much, then why even bother anymore? Seriously, why? Especially if you hate your customers who PAY you (thus giving you a living) so much. You don't deserve the community you've built up and crapped on and you certainly don't deserve all of the money that was paid your way. DO BETTER!

What's worse is that they'll censor and remove your comments and posts if it contains the SLIGHTEST bit of criticism toward them. They have NO desire to improve themselves and do better business. They don't actually care about the customers that they make their money from - only the money itself.

Hell, they'll even LIE about what you request with snarky, sarcastic little quips in DM/PM like "you requested 100 options", even if in reality it was more like 4-6. A polite "No" or "Sorry, but I can't do this" would've been fine.

This is a horrible company with equally horrid business practices. It is designed to work entirely *against* the user even if you have the equivalent of basically VIP status there. (The points system and their bad attitude ensures that.)

Stay far clear of this terrible company and service.
