On multiple occasions, I received food that was near its end of life date, my boxes arrived broken and damaged, and somewhere along the way, multiple ice blocks had been broken in my boxes and spoiled some of the fresh goods. Very disappointing

I love the menu variations and the simplicity.
However, it is a pity that you do not provide the recipe cards like other companies. This would make life a lot easier! I would also suggest the recipes with Chicken thigh to have option to select chicken breast instead. I’m happy to pay extra for this.
The range of meal options is large and varied which is great.
Easy to follow instructions with quick preparation and cooking time also ticks the boxes.
On the odd occasion, the quality of the fresh produce is subpar (so far I've only had an issue with tomatoes, everything else has been OK) but this has put me off picking meals with fresh tomato just in case.
I understand that dinnerly is one of the cheaper companies offering this service but a slight increase in the amount of vegetables in some meals would be great.
Overall, I'm happy with the product, it's value for money, actually gets me cooking and I have very little food waste
Worst company to deal with. They sent me meals that I didnt even choose. They charged my card without me even ordering anything. They need your card details before you can see any meals. I was just checking out meals and then they organised to charge me without me accepting any of this. They are a scam and the food was disgusting.

The meal choices were impressive and I have expanded the types of things that we would normally eat. The quantities provided are good and there is always enough for us.
Generally speaking we are happy with the recipes and variety. However we find there is a lack of green vegetables, and the root veggies (mostly carrots) are terrible by the time we get to them, soft and bendy, after being refrigerated, and being used 2-3 days along from delivery. We value add our own green vegetables but feel that we shouldn't have to do this when we are paying for the meal already, it's additional cost.

First box delivered: veggies went a bit downhill after two days. Second box: Delivered at neighbours house. Also I have to rush out at dinner prep time for pantry items. Third box: surprise when I started cooking and realised meat for one recipe was never included, off to the shops again. Cancels subscription, with one final delivery to come. Final delivery: two whole ordered items not included (luckily I checked and ticked all off to the order list and recipe card). They refunded those two items, $17. Relieved I checked carefully and didn’t just pack it away.

Great meals - more affordable than their rivals, tasty and nutritious, most of them are easy to prepare with minimal base ingredients needed.
Highly recommended. 👍

Loving the ease of ordering/delivery & the yummy recipes to choose from!
Fresh food, lots of choice. Heaps of different recipes every week to choose from. I order 3 meals some weeks, 4-5 on others, it's super flexible. Can skip a week if we go away or anything.
Great app. I like having the recipes in the app instead of on cards. They don't give you all the little stuff like tomato paste, vinegar, etc that you usually have already. I prefer it that way, you don't get heaps of little packets of stuff and it keeps it cheaper.
If I could award this company zero stars, I would. Exactly 3 minutes after placing my order, I decided to unsubscribe and cancel, only to be informed I couldn't receive a refund as it had already gone into production - just three minutes later! I'm perplexed as to why customers are required to pay upfront without previewing the available meal options. If the meals aren't to your liking, you're left without an option to cancel or obtain a refund. This policy essentially traps customers into payment. I view this approach as misleading and bordering on fraudulent. I intend to report this to both my bank and fair trading. For transparency's sake, they should also clarify that, despite having an Australian contact address and phone number, they are based in Portugal.
