Would have been a 5* review

Would have been a 5* review. Delighted with the order, apart from 3 items arriving damaged. No major concerns there as these things happen, but have tried to get in touch multiple times to sort replacements and not a single response. Poor customer service.

Excellent!

I ordered a specific kitchen dinner set at the best online price that I could find. It arrived very quickly. Unfortunately a plate and cup had been damaged in transit, which in fairness to the courier the packaging did not make it obvious how fragile the contents were. So I sent some photos showing the damaged items still in the box and without any quibbles, a couple of days later some extremely well packaged replacements arrived. Very happy and I will certainly use dinnerwarehouse.com again.

Amazing company!!

What can I say? Amazing company! I found a dinner set I'd been pining for, for a couple of years half the price of every other website. I didn't get a dispatched email but it said up to 5 days on their site so I wasn't fazed. Then this morning I woke up to a DPD text and at 11am it arrived! Well packaged, gorgeous quality, and arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. Will definitely recommend & will order again in future! Thank you.

Above and beyond

I messaged dinner warehouse after reading a review on here which said they sell replacement parts as I had ordered some plates from very and one was broken and very was far from helpful. Dinner warehouse responded that they could do this and it was £6 including postage for up to 3 parts, which I was thrilled about. I had contacted on the weekend so they said they would get back to me on Monday. On Monday they messaged for my details and said they wanted to send out the replacements for free. Today I received a whole new dinner set from dinner warehouse and am simply blown away by their care for their customers! I will be a loyal customer and will definitely be buying any dinnerware from dinner warehouse in the future!

Grey tartan dinner set

30 piece Grey tartan dinner set ordered on Saturday evening and received on the Tuesday. Really pleased with the set and consider it great value for money. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I was very excited for my new plate and…

I was very excited for my new plate and cutlery set to arrive.
When it did, I found that the cutlery was not the colour described on the website & within the advertising photograph. I sent an email and without receiving any response another parcel arrived - only to be the wrong colour cutlery again.
The original package was broken, with 4 out of 8 plates smashed, which caused me to cut my hand when unboxing - there just wasn't enough packaging to stop the plates smashing and no 'fragile' label on the box.
I have emailed the company several times and have received no response.
I have looked everywhere to find their telephone number but it isn't displayed on their website or email footers.
This is my last resort to try and get any kind of communication back from this company. Terrible service so far.

What a great company

What a great company, one of my side plates from my (Christmas) dinner set was accidentally smashed. I contacted Dinnerwarehouse, even although it wasn’t purchased from them, to see if I could buy a replacement side plate, their customer service was amazing, they sent me 2 replacement side plates a dinner plate and a bowl, all free of charge. Thank you, what a lovely gesture.

This is the most amazing company I've…

This is the most amazing company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Their customer service is second to none. I found a dinner set on Google, sadly EVERY website who once stocked it had sold out. I contacted their facebook page and I was told they had the same set but only in a 24 piece instead of 16.

I really only needed the 16 piece one, the lovely person I spoke to offered to send the 24 set one at the price of the 16 piece, as if that wasn't nice enough they also sent a free gift.

I was sent delivery updates throughout (which was really quick), and everything was securely packaged. They also use DPD which is a huge bonus for me as I've had so many issues with Hermes and Yodel.

I tend not to leave reviews, but I think everyone should know how fantastic the Dinner Warehouse is.

Thank you so much to the staff for being so kind and helpful.

A BUSINESS THAT SIDES NOT WITH CUSTOMER BUT CONTRACTOR- UK MAIL

SOPHIE BROWN, THATS HERE ON THE HOME PAGE,
EXPLAINED AN ISSUE I HAD GOTTEN WITH UK MAIL (CHECK UNDER UK MAIL) WHOM THEY USE AS THEY WONT DELIVER.
RATHER THAN HELP THE CUSTOMER SHE DECIDES TO SIDE WITH THE CONTRACTOR NOT THE PAYING CUSTOMER. THEN GOES ON FRETTING TO THE BOSSES.

COMPANY CLAIMS TO NOT KNOW WHATS GONE OFF, REFUSES TO OFFER REFUND FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND STATES WILL DEDUCT £15 FOR THE ITEM BEING RETURNED, WHEN YOU ORDER YOU PAY THE £4.99 p&p ANYWAY! A BACK STREET BUSINESS IN LONDON WHO IMPORTS CHEAP MERCHANDISE AND SELLS FOR ALOT MORE THAN ITS WORTH.

THEY ALSO ROB YOU OF £4.99 FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT CARRIED OUT SO ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING ALL MONIES BACK IS SUGGESTED TO TAKE THIS COMPANY AND SOPHIE BROWN AND THE IRISH MD TO A SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FULFIL ANY CUSTOMERS NEEDS,

98% IS NOTHING TO BOAST ABOUT IT DOESNT MAKE A COMPANY SOUND GREAT AND AM SURE THE 2% WAS AGAIN FROM UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS SUCH LIKE MYSELF.
POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND HENCE THE FEEDBACK, THIS IS A TRUE STATEMENT

This is an untrue statement. Mr Thompson received a full refund ( less the cost of delivery £4.99) the same
day as he confirmed cancellation. The balance of the wasted cost of delivery £10 is accepted by Dinnerwarehouse pending further discussions with UK Mail. Mr Thompson's observation on Dinnerwarehouse is equally erroneous We have an 98% approval rating on our reviews over the last 2 years and our "back street business" is based in Canary Wharf.
