I rarely get flowers and had a dinosaur design vase unused until last week. Immediately it sprang a leak, I couldnt work out where the water was coming from, it turns out it is coming from the lighter color in the resin.
I was advised by Dinosaur Designs to use it only for dried flowers (which I do not think is a suitable response) and given I purchased 2 years ago thats it. Now I have not used the vase ever, I live alone and the place is fully carpeted, they are insinuating it could have been damaged or knocked but it hasnt moved from the spot since I got it.
I asked for it to be escalated and was formally sent the terms and conditions.
The WORST Service, in store and now after purchase, no care, take your money approach. For the amount you pay for their things you would think they would take a little more liability over their product and customer base. It wasnt the first time I had purchased but it will certainly be the last - because of their customer service demeanour - or lack of. And for no liability of their product defects, wow.
