I have placed an online order. I didn't received any tracking details no information of dispatching and when i check dior online account and it says order is fulfilled. How it can be possible. Company deducted money from my account but didn't delivered my order. I tried calling dior helpline number no one picked the call, even tried email couple of times no response there as well.
31/10/23: since writing this review Dior have really stepped up. They have replaced the incorrect item and communication has been excellent. I now would purchase from Dior in the future.
I placed my order and when confirmation email came through it had completely different colours. I contacted customer services immediately stating my issue. The response was concerned that I was not satisfied and supplied a returns form. I emailed immediately again and said it hadn’t been dispatched. Again I received the same email and then a few hours later I received a dispatch email with a link to Shop. After reading reviews on Trustpilot I discovered it is a scam so opted not to download this app. In short I would not purchase from Dior online again.
