These guys are still crushing it!
I bought a replacement Rancilio Silvia about 18 months ago in the depths of the 2020 Melbourne lockdowns (see my review above).
My machine stopped working recently. It was well past the 12 month standard warranty period. It can be a slightly uncomfortable proposition contacting a supplier when a product stops working at that point.
Fortunato (in the Thomastown, Victoria, branch) was fantastic. After looking at the machine on the spot when I brought it out, he found that the motherboard had burnt out (yep, the newer Silvia's have a motherboard as part of auto-switch-off functionality). Fortunato went into bat for me with the supplier (I was there when he called) and the supplier willingly came to the party. Another board was sent out and installed for $80, including labour.
I will be back for sure! Well done!
Impatient and sarcastic
Called their customer service to ask about a particular espresso machine model I was very interested in. The guy who called back was impatient and sarcastic. Didn't even introduce himself. Sorry but you lost me there. Espresso machines don't come cheap and i would expect there to be some level of care when handling customer

Michael at Di Pacci Coffee Company has set the bar for customer service. He looked after me gave me great advice and a great price. Picked up my order the next day in Melbourne and got even more service from Fortunato. They have an impressive range online highly recommend in store as well!

Manager refused to provide official receipt for coffee machine service after monies were paid. High charges for coffee machine service. This company is overrated and observed deceptive conduct through my dealings. Beware!!!!

Excellent team and service
I came specifically here to add a great review for DiPacci. Michael and the team was excellent and I was nervous about online purchasing particularly with the cost we were spending.
The machine arrived quickly and safely, the pricing was excellent and the service was fast and thorough. We had a manufacturing defect with one of the portafilters and it was swapped out immediately without question.
Would buy through them again without hesitation.

Exceeded expectations
I can't describe how great it was to deal with Di Pacci. I'm always a little nervous buying online. Especially with such an expensive item.
From the moment I contacted Di Pacci (Michael in particular) I felt a slight relief as he didn't try to sell me anything, he was talking to me as if i was talking to a mate. That helped a lot with the trust factor (which in turn made me buy some extra accessories...shhh. don't tell my wife).
To my excitement the package came 3-4 days early. As I was unwrapping and setting up my beautiful machine, Michael was in constant communication with me to see how everything is going and if I needed any help.
Enough rambling... To cut a long story short, I would recommend Di Pacci to everyone out there. My experience with them exceeded my expectations.
Michael, your always welcome for a coffee at my place (I won't forget the sugars). Oh and thank you for the great suprise in the box ;)

Honest review from a customer here. Have found them to be using deceptive (bait and switch) practices on eBay, and then having purchased a product from their website recently I emailed them with a problem over a week ago. Not a single response at all.
Best Prices in Oz
Purchased the ECM S-Automatic 64 grinder. Di Pacci's pricing was the best here in Oz, better than US prices. Compare that, for example, with the Ceado grinders---nice machines, but severely overpriced here compared to what the Yanks pay for them. Shipping was really quick, item runs spotlessly. Thanks, folks!

The item I ordered online was not actually in stock. Di Pacci contacted me quickly and gave me the option of a alternative or refund. I went with the alternative, which arrived very quickly.
The product is great and the company is easy to deal with. The only thing that would have been an improvement, would have been an updated invoice showing the change in product for warranty purposes.
I would use the company again.
