Couldn't even load MT5 after I upgraded my vps. It was always frozen had to constantly wait to be able to click anything.

Dipgate did reply back to me after a negative review on trustpilot but they fail to see the problem it is not the internet speed it is all the other vps running on the same cores that slow things up and that didn't allow for the vps to have enough compute power to even install the mt5. If the applications are unable to run with enough compute power it doesn't matter how fast the internet connection is if your mt5 will have problems just running. I've had a lot of vps running robots, this is the only one that I couldn't even load mt5 on. Also if the vps company only checks them on the weekend when everyone's robots are not computing because the market is closed everything will seem to work amazingly well, then they can get back to you with... we checked everything and its all ok. I've had that happen with another company before as well. Also with the upgrade all I did was lose more money. Just wish I could have my money back.
