It is a scam. Don't fall for it
Just looking and scanning their online activities - website, customer service and "people" - raising a good amount of concern it is a scam in a big scale. A scam that is aimed to decieve people and get their money off them. Recommend to avoid at all cost.
Also, its telegram group is filled with bots and there is no official record for the name of the company they claim to be

Scammers
Scammers, they ask you for money to be able to withdraw and force you to buy the higher plan, and when you try to withdraw again they ask you for 1200 to generate a code and they promise you that you will have an unlimited account, but surprise, when you withdraw again they ask you for more and more money, they have an army of hooks/scams with proof of withdrawal from other sites to convince and deceive people, SCAMMERS
