My kids saw this at Tampa Aquarium

My kids saw this at Tampa Aquarium. We wanted 3 small ones and she said they only had 3 big ones. Then for the payment she wanted to have my credit card but would not give me the card reader. She enter a tip on top. So I paid in cash but still in cash didn't return all. 28 USD for 3 cups with some kind of colored ice is too much money.

Dipping daisys is a scam

Dipping daisys is a scam! They sent me a coupon code then when i hit apply the order went through instead of applying the coupon. They won’t respond to any messages either.

Beware! Scamming Credentials for Google Pay!

Beware! I added a shirt to the cart and selected credit card payment. I paid with American Express card and received a message that it was declined. I tried again and received a message to add a numeric code sent to my email address. I checked email and received a message from American Express with a code. I entered the code and it appeared to work. I checked email again and received a second email from American Express stating that I was now connected with Google Pay! I hadn't signed up for Google Pay. I called American Express and the representative said it appeared to be a phishing scam to access my card credentials. She immediately canceled the card including any association with Google Pay. I used their online contact form to alert them of the problem and the form did not work either.

Great experience

I was worried about this company being a scam but I just received my bikini and it was perfect! It does say made in Vietnam, but I had read a comment about how they opened another manufacturing facility there. Super cute bikini and overall good experience!

Girl don’t do it

I like how the suit sits on my body but the materials stitching was so awful. I had to resew it because it was so bad and practically falling apart. I just recently found out that they no longer manufacture the swimsuits in the US, but in Vietnam now. They only design the product in the US. Also kinda crazy for how much they charge for a swimsuit when the actual material is DONATED. It feels like they are taking advantage of women not empowering them as their company outlines.

Does Not Respond

I keep getting advertisements for a bikini (on instagram, pinterest, etc) that I love, but doesn't actually appear on their website. I emailed them to ask about it and heard nothing back. I sent a follow up email 4 days later and heard nothing back. Then I sent a DM on instagram to see if that would work and it's still been radio silence. The complete lack of response (it's been a while since then) creates a lack of trust that if I ordered another suit and something went wrong that the issue would ever be resolved. Additionally, I think it's a bad business practice to have active ads out promoting products you can't actually buy. Though I still would have bought my second favorite suit if they had responded saying it was out of order or something. But I just do not trust that they'd ever get back to me if there was something wrong with my order. Which is disappointing because I adore their designs! Usually I don't negatively review companies, but if I were wondering whether to purchase an item I'd want to know this sort of information. I want to make sure I can trust the brands I buy from. Scam, horrible customer service

This company is a complete joke. I placed an order on 06/07/2024. It shipped on 06/11/2024. It bounced back in fourth in transit between where it shipped from in South El Monte California, to the main distribution hub local to me. On 06/24/2024 I receive an update that it had been directly delivered to an individual in South El Monte, California where it had shipped from. I had emailed the company 3 times, called twice with no answer, and reached out via social media with NOT ONE answer. I had to file a complaint with my card to get my money back since nobody at the company likes to answer people. Conveniently enough, they have deleted my comment trying to get in touch with them on Instagram and made it to where I no longer follow them. According to other complaints I seen, they are notorious for doing this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone spending their hard earned money on them.

This company is a SCAM!!!

This company is a SCAM!!!! I purchased two bathing suits and when they finally arrived they didn’t fit. I submitted a request for return on 5/21/24. They sent me an RMA number and stated they would send an additional email for instructions on how to return. I still have not heard back. I’ve emailed and called their customer service number that is also a SCAM. It goes straight to voicemail which sounds like a child!!! I’m reporting them to the BBB and disputing the charge with my credit card.

LOVE!!!

The bikini fit perfectly and I love the quality of both the top and bottom I ordered! It came so quick and in perfect condition. The tracking process was very easy! Will definitely be ordering from dippin’ daisy’s again in the future :)

Worst company

Worst company. DO NOT BUY. Paid $40 for next day shipping, been a week and there is no updates. Customer service is a joke. Going to plaster this message everywhere I can. SKIP ON THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

This order has been said it would…

This order has been said it would deliver that evening for over a week. My roomate also ordered and they promised her package would be here before we leave for our 3 week trip to Greece. Lost all excitement as we have been lied to on when packages would ship and gaurantees to have the order before a big trip. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other swim suit brands I love.

Lies about manufacturing process

This is an awful company that markets itself as sustainable while lying about where it’s suits are manufactured. Their Instagram bio says “made in California”. I also emailed them to ask where the suits were manufactured and they told me they are made in California. I proceeded to pay $150 CAD for one suit on the premise that I was made sustainably with fair labour conditions. When the suit arrived, I was shocked to see a label that said “made in Vietnam”. I feel extremely mislead.

Strict Returns and Quality Concerns

I’m looking forward to a special trip and wanted to find the perfect swimsuit for it, so I decided to try out Dippin’ Daisys. I loved the variety of styles they have available, and I liked the idea of supporting a smaller company instead of just going with the big names. But, things didn’t quite go as planned, and I wanted to share my experience.

The store's policy on returns and exchanges is pretty strict. You only get one chance to return or exchange something. That's pretty tough, especially when you're shopping online. We all know it can be hit or miss with sizes and fits, and this is even more true for swimsuits.
I knew about their policy before I bought anything, but I figured I'd be fine. I got a top and bottom, and while the bottoms were great, the top just didn't do it for me style-wise. I decided to do a one time exchange, feeling confident that I would end up with a swimsuit I was satisfied with. This has not been the case.

I chose a new top and bottom, making sure they were both listed as the same color and size. But when they arrived, the colors were off. Plus, the bottom, which was supposed to be the same style as my first pick, fit differently.

The quality also left a lot to be desired. The swimsuits had too much fabric in places, and the sewing was pretty sloppy, causing bunching and the seams to roll—not exactly what you're looking for in a swimsuit; especially one that cost $100+ in total. When I asked if I could return them, given the issues, they only allowed another exchange, not a refund. And yep, the final set has the same problems.

I’m really disappointed, and I won’t be shopping at Dippin’ Daisys again. I was genuinely excited about their stuff and really wanted to back a smaller business. Maybe with feedback they can fine-tune their policies and quality control, but until then I’ll be looking elsewhere for swimwear.
