I orders two packed equally 6…

I orders two packed equally 6 containers. I received a full set of 4 smaller containers and one 1 of the 50l containers. However asda was paid for a pair of 50l container which were sold as a pair. I need my other 50l container asap.

Customer service is non-existent.

Customer service email provided by Asda doesn't work. Phoning them unless you are a customer doesn't work either. I emailed the customer service head Meg Farren. Surprise surprise no response. I wanted to complain about a delivery driver blocking a very narrow street causing problems for others especially in an emergency situation where time is of the essence.

Stupid website charges wrong amoung

Tried to purchase an Xbox on Asda direct, I added two gift card with the remaining £337 to pay with debit card. After making the payment they actually charged me £437.

I've since cancelled and requested a refund, I'll order from elsewhere.

Will now take 5 days for them to cancel and refund. Can't trust them again after them charging the wrong amount.

Surely the days of putting a UK…

Surely the days of putting a UK supermarket's customer service team in the Phillipines has long passed?! What are the thinking of? You call, the line is terrible. Neither you nor the support person can understand each other properly. They appear to stuck in strict scripts such that they cannot actually help on anything remotely off piste. Ridiculous.

Clothes for one time

Clothes for one time. Bought 3 T-shirts and 2 pairs of jeans for my husband. T-shirts stretched after the first wash, and the seam came apart on the jeans. Why sell such horror!

Curtomer service is worst I ever seen: updated

Curtomer service is worst I ever seen! I arranged colection of one of the item to be returned 2wice now and both didnt happen. The lady answers to calls doesnt understand when I ask for a reference number for the call, or pretent to not, nor gives her name. Do not buy from here unless you sure youu are not returning the any of the items.

They reached me after I reviewed on their website and explained the issue with return and arranged another collection, but it didn't happen either. We need a negative rating here, honestly!

Ordered a patio set and paid for…

Ordered a patio set and paid for delivery on a Tuesday. Tuesday arrived and one box was delivered with chairs but no table. I phoned Asda and they assured me the other box would be with me within 48 hours. 4 days went by and still nothing. I phoned again and they didn’t even even seem to know about my missing box. I asked them for a refund and they said I would receive an email confirming this within 24 hours. Still nothing so phoned again. They have now said within 48 hours I should receive an email and then 3 - 5 days for refund.
Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never use them again.

Never again will i visit an asda store

Never again will i visit an asda store. I have basically been accused of stealing. I was using the hand held scanner whilst doing my shopping. This kept freezing and some items wouldnt scan. When i got to the checkout i called the cashier over to inform her of the issuues i was having with the hand held scanner and that some items had not scanned. I also had an x box controller that i was unaware hadnt scanned but i had lifted it out as it was alarmed and handed it to cashier to remove alarms. When she went to remove the alarms she brought a supervisor over to inform me that as i hadnt scanned the controller she had informed security and had a look of disdain on her face. I was absolutely shocked as i have never stole anything in my life and told her about the hand held scanner not working properly but she wasnt interested. They just presumed the worst and made me feel so uncomfortable and upset. I have shopped in asda for years but i will no longer give them my custom if they are going to treat customers this way. Absolutely mortified and upset to be treated like this. Iv spent thoussnds in asda over the years but no more.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. After not showing up.and with no explanation for three consecutive deliveries, I had the unfortunate experience of the rude lady in the payments team....Stella. She talked over top of me, then when I asked to say my issue, she hung up after a curt....have a nice day.

Grey Compact Deep Fat fryer…

Purchased a Grey Compact Deep Fat fryer from Asda yesterday, Wish I hadn't wasted my money! Ok it's fine for frying just one portion of chips at a time but it's so unsafe!! The lid isn't attached to the unit, you only need to touch it slightly and it falls off so you get splatted with hot oil whilst your chips (or whatever) are cooking. Secondly you can't put the handle down! To put the unit away safely and tidily you have to totally dismantle the unit by 1. - emptying the oil out (do that anyway - keeps the oil clean, ie. no bits when you next come to use it) 2. - you have to take the handle off the basket as it does not fold in. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

Asda Slough is the worst store in…

Asda Slough is the worst store in Berkshire. Avoid like ground zero for the plague. The manager Michael Turner is a complete waste of time. Does not have a clue how to treat a customer with respect or deal with a complaint. Never again will I frequent any Asda store online or in-store. The food is disgusting and the clothes fall apart. No staff member knows what they are doing and rather than find out they lie. STAY AWAY.....

Purchased some PJ's on sale for £12.8…

Purchased some PJ's on sale for £12.8 discounted. Order gone through. Waited on email reply for click and collect. Sadly on the day I was suppose to pick up item. They cancelled my item, saying no stock. Not a problem since I will be refunded. Guess what two days later, the item magically appears in stock and available to purchase, but at full asking price! Would have been better customer service if they delayed my order via email, and sent what I asked for.

Ordered a set of towels for my son for…

Ordered a set of towels for my son for Christmas, used the click and collect service as I work away and wouldn't be home for home delivery. Weekend came and I travelled a few miles to our local store to collect, parcel was there but part of the order was missing. Tried calling their customer services, half an hour wait, only to be told that they could only refund and I'd have to order again.
So I ordered the missing item again for collection next time I was home, again travelling several miles to collect, only to find this time my order had been lost, and so they have refunded me again, and again told to reorder.
This click and collect service, backed up by useless customer service which does not take into account the distress and inconvenience it causes, will be the reason we take our 8k a year, weekly shop to one of their competitors. Shocking service and aftercare that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

No show - awful delivery service

Ordered a kettle for my mum as hers had broken. Paid for next day delivery to her house - never turned up. Waited another 4 days still nothing! Nothing from Asda or yodel! Eventually got a refund for delivery but still not parcel. Requested refund and told them I didn’t want the item anymore. Awaiting refund - don’t offer next day delivery if you cannot fulfil it!

Hermes is the problem! Not a problem with other delivery companies!

Exactly the same as other reviews I ordered a Xmas tree they said they had tried to deliver it on the day it was meant to be but I was in and never heard the door go and no card put through. The following two days they had tried but only put the card through once and both times I was at work I didn't know they just chose to deliver it when they wanted why take a contact number if your not going to communicate? Then they send my order back after telling me they would try and deliver it again and no they've refunded me and the tree isn't in stock anymore, disgusting service and won't be using again.

Sunday delivery.

Ordered some items, had the choice of next day delivery so clicked for Sunday, paid the extra delivery charge. Received an email from Hermes to say they had received the item, waiting for it to turn up. At 21.00 received an email to say Asda have refunded the delivery charge, no explanation nothing. If you cannot deliver on a Sunday do not put it as an option.

Incompetent

My online order was incomplete by about 7 items, delivered late by an unhelpful, unfriendly driver. Customer services wasn't able to do anything immediately due to their computer system having 'technical issues'. So I am now out of pocket and minus my shopping. First and last time I use this incompetent, useless shop/service.

Refused refund despite non delivery

Took the money but refused a refund despite Hermes confirming they had delivered to another address. Repeatedly hung up on me and didn't seem to know what they were doing when I spoke with customer services. Utterly appalling service, had to go through payment provider refund in the end. Honestly avoid. Really dishonest and incompetent.
